Good Points: New website is miles better than the old one, shed loads of products, good company.
Bad Points: Sometimes have to wait a while to get through on the phone.
General comments: The new site is a lot better than the old one so its easier to find stuff. I've been a customer for about two years and ordered music downloads and christmas gifts without any problems.

To make Christmas easier I ordered some gifts and wrapping paper, cards, tags etc from the catalogue.
None of the items showed up and I ended up having to go shopping at the last minute (not great with a 1 and a 2 year old!). I told them not to bother with the order as it was too late now.

We bought a heater for our swimming pool based on the advert that it fits all pools. Er, no it doesn't and we end up paying £8.00 to return heater. Also we get charged £20.00 for late payment for a statement that didn't arrive until AFTER the payment due date, how do they do that?

On the two occasions that I have used Ace I have been very disappointed with the quality. When you want to send articles back although I didn't order it was Ace's mistake I had to pay £8 to return the goods. I will not ever use Ace again.

The main bad points seem to be concerning the phone.
Placing an order with a form has always been o.k.
I have not tried to order on line yet but have traced my missing order on line
And the ace website is good.

I have just received a statement where I have incurred £21.13 in late payment charges, but I have never received the first statement!
Was promised a free tin of Roses chocolates with my first order which have never been received
When I try to call their customer services a recording tells me that they are very busy and cannot take my call. You then get cut off!Have used them once, but will never use them again!
Only wish I had read the previous comments before I ordered from them! ...

I ordered a jacket which was then found to be too small. I returned it to 24Ace within 3 days of receiving it. I then found that they have still charged it to my account. I also noticed that they have charged me a credit charge on the outstanding account (yes, for the jacket that I no longer have). I have since then posted a letter to the manager. We will wait and see if there's a reply!?!

I have never had a problem with 24ace. I have used them many times. Everything has arrived when required to or before. I am very happy with the service. The only problem i find is that calling to order can be hard as most of the time you get someone who you can't understand for their accent.

I orderd a Christmas tree from 24 Ace, for my mother, unfortunatly she has taken quite ill. I have tried to cancel the order but there is no custommer services. I have tried telephoning and was given this website.
There is still no custommer service. Can anyone please advise on how to cancel an order.

Made first order with 24 Ace and received goods with delivery note which said a statement would be sent in due course. It wasn't, apparently the delivery note was the statement, the next statement that arrived contained administration costs of £21.51 for an overdue payment. Out of order as payment details were most definitely unclear. They have refused to refund offering instead a voucher worth £30 off my next order.

Tried to pay account in full by Credit card in December - The payment hasnt appeared on my credit card. Sent them a check for the full amount in January - that has not been presented yet.
They are now claiming I owe an Additional £40!!! They claim this is for administation costs because of missed payment!!

24Ace: I ordered a load of personalised items on 25/11. I contacted them when there was no news/delivery by 10/12. I was told that the order had been sent back to their warehouse (In my opinion no attempt had been to deliver by their Business Express partner) and that I had to reorder because items had been restocked (personalised items being restocked?? weird..) and that now I would not get some of them (out of stock) and probably not receive the order in time for christmas. i spent close to 5 ...

24Ace: I have had battle after battle with 24ace. I ordered a mobile phone, which was quite important to me. This took a massive 10 weeks to arrive, this was only after countless phone calls to numerous call centres talking to people who were not helpful.

After ordering some goods from 24Ace and then trying to return 1 item this is a measure of the company itself.
1) numerous telephone calls to the company "help" line only not to be helped but passed to another section still not able to solve a simple return problem.
2) customer service zero on a scale of 0 to 100 90 been a acceptable score for anyone.
