Good Points: Very funny, the bear, Michael Jackson.
Bad Points: Some folk are offended by the sexual references and bad taste style in which the comedy is presented.
General comments: Usually aired on Channel 4 on a Friday evening about 11.00pm, Bo Selecta is a very funny sketch-type show which offers hilarious "send-ups" of some of the most famous people in showbiz. The show usually incorporates an interview with a famous celebrity which is packed full of innuendo, smut and profanities. The interview is conducted by Leigh Francis' character Avid Merrion. The latest series of the show was entitled Bo' in the USA as Leigh ventured to the States - with hilarious consequences, may I add. Brilliant fun.

Leigh Francis who is also the writer of Bo Selecta plays a celebrity stalker named Avid Merrion. He also does impressions of a collection of rubber masked celebrities who sound nothing like them, but that is the whole point of Bo Selecta - it is very funny.
