“Appalling customer service ”

The customer service i received at the Taunton office was appalling. The staff member i dealt with showed no empathy, he didn't listen and was abrupt. He called himself a manager! “took money out of mybank using my card details”

“Great staff team”

Picked up a rental car from Heathrow Enterprise company. A few problems from the agency that was supposed to be booking the car for us (not an enterprise problem). We had to wait a while and were able to observe the staff. They were very helpful, smiling, speedy and operated a very slick service. They met and greeted individuals always by their names and passed to a colleague personally to finish the booking then they walked them to the car chatting away as they went. “TOOK OUR MONEY ”

Great staff, nice cars, more money was taken from our bank account than it should have been, this happened every rental but we have recently noticed, called to enquire but nobody can explain where the money went... “Keep away from Enterprise Car Rentals!!!”

My wife and I hired a car from Enterprise in June 2015. On a narrow road in Norfolk, a speeding maniac heading towards me, forcing me to take evasive action and move slightly off the road. Unfortunately, a concrete block or something similar was hidden in the roadside grass. “Abysmal service, avoid at all costs”

I moved house on Friday and hired a transit from enterprise. I don't drive so my dad agreed to drive. The issues were numerous: 1) lift arrived at 9:45 when it was set for 9. “Poor Service”

Enterprise car hire Blackburn Incompetent service, left arm doesn't know what the right arm is doing, lengthy paperwork on initial collection, pick you up person got lost and couldn't find us and the branch is less than 1 mile away,she phoned from the next avenue and still couldn't find us! “Total rip off”

Picked up hired car last Wednesday while my car was being repaired phoned today to say my car was now repaired and that I was returning hired car today l was informed to leave car at repair centre and they would pick it up got phone all tonight to say I have to pay them my £200 insurance excess as there is a crack on windscreen on passenger side I had two different passengers with me today who both say windscreen was not cracked so be warned if they tell you to leave car somewhere. Booked last night at short notice but got an email back stating "Your Reservation is Confirmed". So this morning off I go by taxi (pick-up service is too slow) and arrived just as they opened - walked in and spoke to one member of staff before being approached by another to say "we don't have anything available today" - followed by "do you want to book for antoher day" - no I don't... “Worse experience ”

It was worse experience l have ever had in my life. Before I pickup the car I had trusted them and didn't check everything then when I returned back the car they checked really seriously and finally they said I damaged the tire, so they told me to change the tire!!! “Not to be trusted”

I was charged for replacement of a tyre due to minor damage, which I am sure was not caused during the hire. The pre-hire inspection was superficial and when I pointed out wheel damage this was glossed over as unimportant and was not recorded. On returning the car I was charged for minor damage to the tyre which was adjacent to the wheel damage. Hired a couple of times from the Croydon branch of Enterprise and found it satisfactory. However, was moving friends of mine from Croydon to Manchester and needed a small van. The hire process was straightforward on the website and I took out the relevant insurances to reduce any excesses. “Admin Charge”

Personally I think their admin charges for penalties is way over the top! We hired a car for a one way trip to London on 06/02/16 and wasn't aware of the charge to drive over the Dartford Bridge. Enterprise were issued with a letter asking for the charge of £2.50 to be paid by 02/03/16. We received a copy of this with a covering letter from Enterprise on 02/03/16 and went online to pay the Dart-charge immediately which cancelled any penalty charge that would have been due and Enterprise are… Read Full Review

last year,after a weeks van hire,i found £50 taken off my credit card for no reason,approx 15/20 phone calls later and hours of my time,i was finally refunded a month later with no explanation why. check your credit card.
