Good Points: Really does tighten the abs, & thighs. I left mine behind when we moved to Spain and I really miss it. It was so easy and fun to do. I have tried lots of fitness machines and found this one was easy to stick to, I didnt get bored!
Bad Points: None for me.
General comments: You must get one, it is fun, easy to use and really works!

I have used Instant Abs religiously every day for 36 minutes since the beginning of January.
I have lost a stone in weight and my stomach is much flatter. My only concern is that I am now on my third machine because the other two fell apart. The supplier kindly replaced the last one free of charge. Also where you move on the seat from side to side, underneath the metal wears away. Other than that the Instant Abs is a great product.

I am like 2 tweekies shy of 400 lbs and I have been using Instant Abs for 6 months now every day but Sunday for no less than 20 minutes a day. I am very pleased with the results as I have lost 7 lbs and average 1 pound a month which is great for me considering I have not had to alter my horrible eating habits. I can still eat my cake and loose weight too.

I have been exercising with Instant Abs for about
two weeks now and already feel firmer in the stomach
area. I love the freedom of movement and it does not
make you feel like quitting after a few reps. As a matter of fact you feel like you may want to exercise with it more than once a day. Great that you do not have to lie on the floor. I am an informercial addict and this it my best buy yet.

Instant Abs - This machine is so easy to use it's a doddle. After trying bikes, treadmills etc- this is the ONE! It's repetitive but you feel like you're really working your thighs, buttocks and belly area. It's so handy to store as it folds up, so it's never far away and when you get a few minutes you can hop on.
Great value for money too.

I should start by saying I'm a bit of an exercise addict. I got my six pack last year and, call me vain, I want to keep it!
The Instant Abs machine is quite simple to use. It came in a flat box and it just unfolds and the seat/foot rest screws in and voila!
What I liked about the machine instantly, was how little strain it put on my back after several sessions. If you're very tall (above 6ft), you'' struggle to keep your feet on the rests, but otherwise, Id say it's pretty well designed and qu ...
