Why don't the people at Celebrity Fit Club get a nutritionist involved? I like watching peoples attitudes and self esteem blossom, and a determined Harvey telling them to keep going in an environment where they can lose weight properly and feel good about themselves after losing the weight. Celebrity Fit Club allows you to see the ups and downs of struggling with weight loss and the positive side of how little changes in your lifestyle can bring a possitive change in your state of mind. I think we all need a Harvey in our lives from time to time. (read more)

'Celebrity Fit Club' no that has to be the most misleading title ever. They aren't celebrities and they certainly aren't fit. It's Fat club and we all know it, and the 'celebs' on it are fat, otherwise they wouldn't be there. If they do a new series I would appreciate some famous people please. However I do still like that Marine bloke who shouts at them all. (read more)

i enjoy cfc. however, i would like access to the diets that are prescribed for the participants. what's the smash diet? all i know is its fruits and veggies. whats the plan man?!!!
