    Good Points: Cringe-worthy, funny, shocking, entertaining.


    Bad Points: Commercial breaks.


    General comments: Wife Swap is an excellent programme with such a simple forward. Following the trend of many Reality TV programmes using real people as two wives are swapped to live with the other wives family for a week. Sounds dull but the producers always make sure there is a massive mix match to provide conflict. For example, a perfect housewife who does everything for her husband and cleans all day swapping with a chav slob who has big lie ins and leaves the kids to cause havoc.
    Sometimes touching, always riveting - definitely recommended.
