Good Points: Economical and accurate. Responded well to my windage and elevation clicks and stayed there.

Bad Points: None. Anytime I can pay $20.00 for a scope to go on my 22 that is consistantly accurate up to 50 yds there ain't no bad points. Sure I can pay $50 to $300 for a more expensive scope, but for what I need it for, which is shooting rabbits at night in my cabbage patch, I would consider my buying the Gamo 4 x 32, a good steward of my spending.

General comments: Sighted my Gamo in at 30 yds. Moving it four clicks for every 1/4 inch at that distance. My first group was 2 inches to the right. Elevation was perfect. After 3 segments of shooting and changing my windage, my Remington 597 was putting all shots inside of a dime. I have used many different brands of scopes over the years for my high caliber 30-06, 308, and 273, so I'm no greenhorn. I saw this scope for sale at Academy Sports and thought I would give it a try for my 22. A thumbs up in every aspect. Don't let the price fool you.

I`ve had this scope for almost a year now, and for the price, I must say it`s quite clear, and has handled the "recoil" from my GS1K very well..
I have it sighted in at 25 meters, as i have had it since I first sighted it in, and it has needed no further adjustments after that..
All I have to say to the people who have had their sights broken or shifted is that you must not have mounted it correctly, or you have used a poor quality mount..
Although the dealer suggested I get a more rugged scope ...

I guess I lucked out. It turned out to be good enough scope for a medium recoil rifle...

Opened package carefully to not force the scope out, and removed lens caps.
The instructions say to separate the rings. Last time I did that, it made to scope "turn" due to the tolerance of the rings..
So, I left the scope as is, straight out of the package and tightened the bases first to the rifle.
Then I loosened the rings only enough to rotate the scope to level the crosshair, and to move the ...

Set up the Gamo 4X32 on a bench rest with target 25ft away, with a Gamo Shadow 1000. Would shoot .5" groups then lose zero shortly afterwards, any adjustments sent the pellet not were intended. Spend your money elsewhere, I'm returning it tommorow for a BSA 4x32. I shoot quite often, and sell firearms for a living, I should have known a $20 scope wouldn't be worth it.

My daughter got this POS for a scope as part of a combo with a Gamo Model 880, .177 caliber. Both should have been left at the store. Scope broke before sight-in was complete. Gamo would NOT honor the Warranty calling it owner miss-use. How can one miss-use a scope in less than 20 shots.

I bought the Gamo 4X32 Air Rifle scope & rings with the Silver shadow as a set thinking it would go well with the Gamo rifle. Bad choice. $20.00 at academy seemed like a good idea. . wrong! This scope made me think that my new gun was not a good one. I decided to try to open sights and took it off. OH MY GOD did this thing should great with open sights. The gun was NOT the problem but the scope. It was properly mounted as I have done this many times for many years. Bad scope - stay away.
