Late rooms - what can i say - everything on website is laid out in a clear easy to read format - making selecting a venue to stay ideal, if sometimes a bit hard as there is so much info on some venues. Even the help desk I cannot fault - quick to answer the phone no dammed cue and polite n helpful beyond what any other company in the last several years has given. I have used Late rooms on many occasions now and find it very easy to use I am disabled and need to know if hotels are disable friendly my problem is some hotels say disable accsess but this does not always mean they have all the bathroom facilities needed for instance i need a walk in or wet floor shower with seat not a shower over bath and a disable room should be big enough for a wheel chair to get around this can be misleading at times and it would be good if you could check your... I was searching for a hotel room close to a gig venue - for a bank holiday weekend, a week later. I found somewhere ideal, so rang the hotel directly to ask a few questions. The whole experience was ok. No problems with booking. My problem was that it was few rooms for me on this trip, because I needed one double and one single room. I also experienced that there was lack of rooms in central London that particular weekend, but you couldn't do anything about that. I actually wanted to stay around Strand,somewhere, but it was full. Having spent considerable time online looking at options, we booked a lovely room via your website and got the confirmation email, too. Minutes later then owners phoned to say there's been another blip in the system and rooms were showing as available when they were already booked.
