On 29/07/15 (under laterooms ) I paid £167 for 3 days plus fees for parking,but there were issues with the rooms on offer, there was no other choice but to find another Hotel to stay, when i asked for refund, i was told that laterooms that i booked through would pay me back (even though it was Airport Inn Gatwick Hotel that charged my card), Laterooms later told me differently, laterooms told me that the amount charged has nothing whatsoever to do with laterooms that I should go back to the… Read Full Review

“Disgusting treatment by LateRooms.com left my sons...”

Hi!

I'm sorry to hear your disappointment with the service you received from one of our Customer Care Advisors. I can understand the frustration you've felt for the circumstances of your sons and for being away from them and unable to smooth things up for them. Please know that each of the hotels we advertise adds and updates all their details online including but not limited to their rates and room allocations. We regret that having your booking confirmed based on the availability advertised by the hotel on your requested period and for us passing the details of the reservation on to the hotel, they're still unable to honour your booking and didn't help to relocate your sons. I apologize for the inconvenience caused and I do hope that despite of the initial hassle, your sons were able to find alternative accommodation for the entire duration of their stay in Ibiza.

“Never Again!!!!”

Booked a hotel for my family to happen 8/8/15. Yesterday called to cancel as change of plans spoke to someone who informed me that the system was down took details and would call that day....nothing. called this morning to hear same rubbish was asked to hold while he go through to hotel which I feel was a lie came straight back saying he can't get through n gave me number to call knowing full well hotel would not cancel. “Trip to Yorkshire”

I used LateRooms.com for the very first time to book 3 seperate places to stay in Yorkshire in July and was very impressed with the website and more importantly, the 3 different types of accommodation. The first night, 14 July, was enjoyed at the lovely Red Lion Hotel and Manor House in By the Bridge Burnsall, Skipton. The food was superb and the double en-suite room, comfortable. I agree with you 100%. Just experience the very same. Only until I said you do whatever but I will be cancelling my card so no money will be removed from my account. Straight after the email came through to say booking cancelled. Took 3 calls all saying the same system issue take my details they will call 2 one even ask me to call hotel!!!

“This has got to be the worst place i have had the...”

This has got to be the worst place i have had the misfortune to stay for the night, the bedding smelt awful and i have woke up with bites. Firstly we arrived at 18.15 and had to wait 20 minutes before we were attended to. We were taken to our room only to be told the mirror had fell off the door the previous day and the handy man was unavailable, i lifted the quilt to find a mattress that didnt fit and in the space was filled with dirt and hair, this place is truly disgusting, ps love the astro… Read Full Review

“Great place centrally located”

This is a lovely hotel to stay in with very pleasant staff who are helpful and attentive. The manager could not have done more for us and the room was clean and fresh. The area is excellent with many restaurants and shops nearby and close to one of the best trattorias in Bologna. It is within walking distance of everything you would want to see and the breakfast is the normal buffet style and very good value. I spoke to a number of people within the customer service department at laterooms.com following an unfortunate incident, which left me and my partner without a hotel room for the night whilst visiting the city of Leeds. I'm sorry to know about what happened. Please be advised though, even though that the booking was made through our website, it is not LateRooms.com that charges your card but the hotel. Once the booking was made, all your information, including your credit card details was sent directly to the hotel for their keeping. In case of the hotel being overbooked, as per our contract with them, it will be their responsibility to find and provide you with an alternative accommodation. The hotel should be fully aware of this information as this is what they have signed and agreed when they choose to partner with us.

In regards to our customer service being rude, if you can reply with your booking reference so I can have this reported.

We booked a room through Laterooms.com and then needed to amend our reservation. The agent we had the thrill of speaking to twice is exceedingly difficult to communicate with. Apparently our request to shorten our trip by a day wasn't actually processed. Good thing I had the instinct not to trust third party booking sites like this and confirmed directly with the hotel. “Booked hotel with Amazon deal”

Booked Hotel and offered £10 Amazon Voucher if spent over £70 on hotel, would get voucher after 15 working days after stay. Never received voucher and now have to waste time chasing them up. “Fantastic B&B”

Fantastic B&B. arranged an early check in, directions sent via email, easy to find in a nice quiet residental area, within easy walking of all the main sites, was met by Roseanna who spoke good english, she showed us were everything was in the B&B and offered some advice on good restaurants, and the best ice cream!
