“My package passed me twice.”

I ordered a package on eBay, and I live in Miami Florida. My package came from Canada. I was tracking the shipping and last night my package somehow passed me and made it to Hialeah Florida which is about 20 minutes away from my house. This morning the package left and said it was coming to me. Somehow it passed me yet again, and made its way to the post office and I have to get it tomorrow. When I could have gotten it on Thursday, it comes two days later on Saturday. Why? How does that even remotely make any sense?

“Can not find address”

Time has past but I feel I must make a complaint to a none delivered item I ordered on 24/09/13 , this day and age with the use of sat nav and Google maps you must be a total idiot not to find address by post code. Had email to say the delivery driver had taken it to my address but I refused to except it saying I had not ordered it I rang there customer services and complained said this was not true, a guy was very good he apologised and said it would be redelivered tomorrow, 5.30pm I had the driver ring to say where is this bogus address I just said its not bogus, why don’t you Google my postcode if you don’t believe me he put the phone down on me and sent goods back to sender. Now I can not use CarParts 4 less or any mail order company that uses this company because they can not find my address but every body seems to Regards Bruce Coates
