My wife ordered something, arranged to have it delivered via UPS, and signed electronically to have it delivered even if nobody was home. Yesterday UPS left a delivery notice while I was at work. So much for electronic signatures. After work I entered their tracking number on their website, but the most their site would tell me was that they had attempted delivery, duh. “My package passed me twice.”

I ordered a package on eBay, and I live in Miami Florida. My package came from Canada. I was tracking the shipping and last night my package somehow passed me and made it to Hialeah Florida which is about 20 minutes away from my house. This morning the package left and said it was coming to me. Somehow it passed me yet again, and made its way to the post office and I have to get it tomorrow. “Horrible Customer Service and Zero Reliability!!”

This is not the first time UPS has claimed to attempt a delivery and did not step foot near my door. I ALWAYS track my packages and do not leave the house until they are delivered or I have someone else waiting for it. I also will check the tracking site several times an hour because sometimes they just leave the package at the front door without knocking or ringing the doorbell. “Lazy delivery personnels”

I don't know if these guys even stay at least ten seconds after they knock or buzz. Every time I am expecting I something important that I know will require signature I make it a point that I keep checking and tracking my package at least every 10mins and we even open our front door open and leaving just our screen door closed to let them know that there somebody there. “Most unreliable courier”

UPS is a company who are not scared of coming up with the most amazing lies you can imagine, to cover up the fact that they cannot actually deliver the services they seem to offer. Even when you pay for very expensive services such as international express deliveries, they will find a way to delay your parcel. UPS has to be the worst run company EVER! Customer service is a JOKE! It takes HOURS on the phone to get a simple problem resolved because Customer Support says it’s a Tech Support problem and Tech Support says it’s a Customer Service one, they bounce you back and forth like a ping pong ball. “HOW CAN THEY POSSIBLY STAY IN BUSINESS??”

So I get an email to inform me of an impending delivery, I will be out that day so try to amend delivery date online but I needed to sign up to "UPS Choices" that was going to take too long so I called them on Tuesday to amend their Thursday delivery to Friday. “UPS Worst Shipping Company-No stars ”

Unreliable. Lack of consistency. Awful customer service. I used UPS for the first time, shipped my boxes and suitcase from Pittsburgh to Boston. I shipped 3 boxes and 1 suitcase. I received everything back but 1 box. I tracked my package online and called consistently every week. I called customer service every week and it was the same information over and over again. “Terrible service”

Came home to find a card through my door- I had no warning they were coming. The card had nothing written on it. I had to spend 20 mins on phone to be told they could give me a 3 hour slot......REALLy? I have to take a day of work to sit and wait for a delivery , losing a days wages in the process. DPD have an excellent modern system where they give you an hour slot and text you, and you can even see where the driver is!! UPS? You be lucky if they bother to fill in a piece of paper properly. “Got lost looking for their own Corporate Hqs city!”

How could UPS get lost looking for Louisville Kentucky of all places?? Louisville is their largest hub location AND their corporate headquarters! Apparently Big Brown has some really smart package handlers and OTR truck drivers when they can take a package addressed to LOUISVILLE KY and manage to route it to Madison Heights, Michigan before anyone anywhere in the system notices anything is wrong! “UK to USA - EXCELLENT SERVICE ”

“WORST CUSTOMER EXPIRIENCE ”

2 packages in a week were delayed by UPS. They have been going down hill for a while but it is getting pretty bad now. Packages supposed to be delivered today and it was delayed in there shipping center. Send an inquiry they say someone will contact me in 4 hours. I call them back 14.5 hours later.
