“Delivery service that DOESN'T deliver!”

So, I buy items from various companies, get excited about getting it, then the company they hire to deliver, UPS just drops my packages off at the local post office! Since I work as most do, I cannot get the package sometimes until days after it's delivered because I can't get to the post office before it closes. Why in hades should UPS be used if all they're going to do is pass it off to the post office?! Sick of their laziness and I personally will not use them when I have a choice. “HOW DO THEY STAY IN BUSINESS”

On April 18, 2016 I ordered a fifth wheel trailer hitch from Jet.com. The order was shipped within 24 hours with an estimate delivery date of April 22, 2016. It was shipped from Huntingburg IN about 7 hours from Memphis so the delivery date seemed reasonable. UPS received the package at 7:36PM on April 19. “Fradulent overcharge!”

Having recently used UPS after shopping them against other companies. They were the cheaper route. I cut my box down to keep it under their large package size. Weighed it at the shipping location. Upon taking 8 days to get to California from Wisconsin they billed my account an additional $81.00. They told me it was 2 inches larger then their large package size. I used UPS twice in the past year - both times they failed miserably. This morning their driver claimed to have buzzed my door at 8:57am when we were here waiting; he did not leave note; their customer service people - under the authority of Luis Arriaga - have failed to get the parcel delivered promptly. Here's the follow up. I finally reached someone in the local office but they CAN'T REACH THEIR driver! Isn't that amazingly bad communication? And they can't locate the package! WATCH OUT FOR THIS SERVICE! Luis Arriaga is the regional manager but he doesn't easily provide an address to customers. How can he tell when he's doing a good job or not?

“lied about delivery”

we did not get package. i went online to track the package and it said it was attempted delivery at 6:21pm! what the heck! i go out and there was no we missed you slip. I saw the ups guy drive by our house at 6:15pm going like 50mph on a 25mph street! i was sitting on porch waiting! HE DID NOT STOP!!!! Unhappy customer here! Maybe we will get a delivery today? Yes, same thing happened to me this morning. I would warn EVERYONE that UPS provides poor overnight service - DO NBOT TRUST THEM WITH IMPORTANT PACKAGES/DELIVERIES! I used them twice in the past year and BOTH times they were a disaster!

I have been a loyal UPS customer since 1998 and as a business and individual customer I have, constantly, overlook UPS shortfalls, but I finally decided enough is enough. My review is about 3 different order. 1st I had 2 floor lamps that were mailed together got separated and 1 came 2 days prior to me watching the UPS ground bring in the 2nd package dragging it and bumping around the clearly marked fragile this side up package. UPS is training their employees to be dishonest. Drivers have been dishonest about biting dogs and stopped service. The manager will not inspect the property in regards to the lie. We hired a kilt from a company in Glasgow which was due for delivery on Thursday 3rd March, just in time for his cousin's wedding yesterday, Saturday 5th. At 0537 Thursday morning he got email saying that his parcel was going to be "exceptionally" delayed, due to a power cut at their distribution centre. “Good Company GONE BAD !”

Small business used interpacel (UPS) for next day delivery. UPS, a company who up to recently have been very reliable have started to lose parcels and leave parcel at the front door instead of getting a signature. Absolute rubbish. I waited in on Monday for a delivery which didn't arrive so I waited Tuesday then rang the tracking department. The saga of screw ups from UPS is too long to detail. I was to receive a package which needed a signature. The ups deliverer came at 7;55 pm, didnt knock, I saw the truck outside and hailed him but he drove off anyway. “Can't find an address even after they have been there...”

Five times in two months that UPS has delivered my packages to the wrong address. They have been given detailed directions to my house all five times and still they are unable to get my packages delivered to the correct address. I would never ship via UPS personally. As usual, the company could not deliver on the day that they promised. Worst still, on some occasions, I would get an email saying that ' the receiver was not available at the time of delivery.
