I sent my iphone 5 off to apple and the problem with my phone was fixed and sent sent back to a UPS facility. However, the phone is now lost and nowone knows where it is as the employees have not been scanning it regularly enough. I even called up UPS and their customer service was useless and didn't have a clue what they were going on about and were no help at all!! UPS, left a card to say you were not in so dropped parcel at dropoff point Went to dropoff point next day(stauday, not there UPS said they will contact depot Depot phoned and says we have parcel but it is locked in cage and the managers are refusing to come to open the cage so you can't collect the parcel. Apart from UPS sending back something I might consider possibly vital (I'm being facetious, owning ferrets in Kentucky requires food shipped in from outside) , calling the "customer service" line was a joke. What's going on with drivers? i ordered car part online. Received email that is been delivered? I thought ok maybe to my neighbors? As no one is at home. But in message it's saying GREEN BIN!!!! “Worst service ever!”

Amazing how a company can lose packages more than they are actually delivered! I've spoken with representatives on numerous occasions and keep getting the same response that the investigation is ongoing so I have yet to receive a replacement product. Interesting that they choose to loose a $1500 delivery versus the other less expensive deliveries I've received. It's not lost; it's stolen. “horrible customer service”

“Amazingly BAAAAD - the manifestation of GroundHog Day”

“Pathetic!!!”

I dont even know where to start! Impossible to sort something out with this company. Terrible customer service. My item was supposed to be held in depo for 1 day, i re-aranged for it to be delivered on the next day over the phone. It never arrived on the next day. I just sent. .7 pound package to my granddaughter in TX. I was told it would be delivered 6/30. Them they changed it to 7/1 by the end of the day.. Cost me over $13. “Impossible to get your parcel and shocking customer...”

If you work full time it is absolutely impossible to get your parcel, you end up having to go however many mile, in my case a 45 mile round trip to go and pick it up from the main depot. I gave them many options of how to solve the problem but I kept getting pat answers "according to UPS terms and conditions we are not allowed to do that".. Well the systems clearly need changing. Impossible to get through on their phone system. Email wasn't much better. Invoice set up with the wrong postcode but I couldn't get anyone to correct it. When it finally came to delivering the item, surprisingly they couldn't deliver as the postcode was incorrect(!) “Terrible driver attitude”

“Never ever buy off Hollister UK”

And here we go the last update !!! I cant just believe how rude the drivers are and how in inefficient manner the customer service is dealing!!!

First of all .. The driver NEVER made any attempt to deliver .... he was just randomly cruising my area and he got bored he just changed the status on the receiver was not at the address which is utterly untrue and just a lie.

He did same time another day and when I tried to contact every possible customer service include Facebook UPS helpline ..the only what I have received was absolutely rude call from one of the drivers itself !!!!

I was pretty happy to understand half of what he was trying to say but in general - He did not call to apologise for the enormously wrong and unacceptable service they are providing - no- this lovely pal just call me to tell me: " I am calling from UPS , you been complaining about one of ours divers sir ? I can tell you our depot is now closed and we will deliver the package on Monday."

When I asked him if he will deliver the package to the address provided which is not OUTSIDE THE BLOCK OF FLATS but correct address is FLAT 30 and when i asked him if there will be any problem to call me - He replied

"No sir, we wont call you, company UPS are not providing us with a company phones"

Which means - why the hell he just called? He did not apologise , he just told me that he dont care again doesnt really matter how many times I will be trying to make clear that my package suppose to be delivered to the DOOR on second floor and the driver must be there and must not try to call me somewhere outside of my flat , because ouside of my flat is not the delivery address.

DELIVERY ADDRESS is FLAT 30 ... anything else , like nearby the trash yard around the corner of the block of flats is not acceptable and the driver is not suppose to use the intercom outside the block of flats to call the customer outside , but he is suppose to do the standard procedure !!! YES - STANDARD procedure is press the TRADE button , wait until he will be allowed in , and go to the second floor , find the door with big number 30 on it and after this ATTEMPT ...very easy - just to press the door buzzer or simply knock on the door.

If I wont be there , just in this moment he is allowed to change the status as the receiver was not present ...

The driver twice already ignored that simple delivery standard procedure and if he will fail to do so on Monday again, I will have no other option then sue the UPS company for failed delivery.

I am very sorry but what I have experienced just makes me so upset I cant just accept anything else.

So please , make sure that on Monday , there will be no failure , kind regards

“Two days sitting home waiting for a delivery ”

This is absolutely nightmare and unfortunately repeatingly experience. I didnt make a choice for delivery company, Nike company did when I bought my shoes online. I would like to ask you , if this is some kind of joke ?

It is really serious and I am going to take further steps because it looks like you are doing this on purpose.

I never changed the delivery address ! I am AGAIN !!! Third day !!!!!!! just sitting home expecting delivery and one of your drivers constantly lying and doesnt make any attempt to delivery.

My further steps will be informing the NIKE company as I have bought the shoes there and this is their decision to use your services as a delivery provider.

I will contact an ombudsman and citizen advice bureau to inform them about the failure of providing basic business standard procedures.

I will add and update the customer online reviews.

This obviously doesnt mean that I am givig up with my delivery. Because as a company you just failed to deliver, I have change the delivery method and I am force to spend extra time to print out the prove of address and spend extra money to travel to pick the package from your depot .

I can't describe how much I am upset , but I hope in the future you will be able to provide excellent service for customer.
Unfortunately , this what is now is just not perfect.
