Dont try to bother with UPS find a better one. I have been waiting 6 hours with 7 boxes in the reception of the student accomodation i was living and i was waiting for them to come. Everytime i scheduled a collection it was canceled for no reason. Noone informed me about the status of the driver i had to call 7 to 8 times the headquartes to help me and find what is wrong with them they just suggested to schedule another collection. “Zero stars! I only left one star due to no zero rating”

I have had 3 transactions with UPS. All bad! The last 2 within the last 6 months. The driver left my package on the street instead of walking up our driveway and leaving the package at our door and it was stolen. The shipper filed a claim and UPS did nothing! This last incident the box was bashed in and the driver said "oh, it's not that bad!" So I made him stay here while I opened it and sure enough my item was broken. “It only gets worse”

UPS always seems to hit a new low. I don't understand why I can't give them less than a star. They deliver items broken and run to the next location. They don't usually wait for you. Now I have a broken tv that they were supposed to pick up. I work far away so I delivered it to the store because I won't be home. “UPS ripps their customers off with fees”

Never use UPS they are unprofessional and despite promises cannot carry out simple instructions. I have made that many calls to them repeating myself time and time again. “Lost Package, No Support”

I had paid for a package on 6/13/17, with expedited (2-day) shipping for $20 extra. The tracking web site showed the package arriving 225 miles from my house at the closest big city by 6/15, pretty normal. Finally on 6/25, after still not receiving it, I called up UPS Customer Service, the lady was polite but didn't do anything to help me. “Rude, inconsiderate, useless in my book.”

Delivery person was obnoxious and rude, seemed to be in an extreme hurry. When asked if he would talk to the homeowner at the delivery site merely said "Sorry, that's how we deliver things." He dropped the package on the front step, rang the doorbell, and left without a word. “Package in limbo, no way to get updates”

I'm very disappointed. I have a package that was supposed to arrive 2 days ago, but the tracking number has gotten no updates and the item only shows that a shipping label was created 5 days ago and that it's stuck where it is. Then nothing. An estimated date of arrival was posted, the time passed, then that was erased and nothing. Then the UPS My Choice site went down and is unreachable. way too long to get into, but they messed up a delivery, sowed up and said it was COD, when I told the driver I need to call UPS and find out why no-one mentioned it. I am trying to get along with UPS but they fail, fail again, an again! The ONLY way to get packages is to get to know the local drivers. Do not tell the ppl on the phone anything about your driver, they blame the drivers for everything. The drivers are treated terrible by the company. I don't know about the internal employees but I know enough drivers to know they are treated badly. I just sent 4 emails about trying to change my address on UPS mychoice web account. Useless service. Didn't show up for a pickup. I waited all day (never left the address). When I called I was told to expect a callback... never came. Called again to be argued with by a second CR rep who disputed what I was told. “Dishonesty, Bad Customer Service”

I called UPS to pick up a package out of town. The person I spoke with had little to no personality and acted as if she was put out trying to assist me. While scheduling the pick up, I ask her for a small window for pick up and she gave me a 7 hour time slot. “Unbelievably Phony Service”

I ordered the international shipping service via TransGlobal Express on the 1st May; everything seemed okay. Went through the motions, paid & printed out the papers. Prepared everything for pick up on the 2nd between 11-5pm. I waited by the window, next to the buzzer, from about 10am. Nothing! Around 6pm, on my way to work, i saw a “we missed you” card waiting for me. My postbox is INSIDE the building… So how did the driver get into the building but not use my buzzer? Had a settlement claim with car insurance overnight air a package from The UPS Store on a Friday evening by Tuesday still no tracking detected on the letter had to come to the store because apparently they have no phones that have incoming call numbers the box that we was told we could put it in by the guards at the guard-house was a broke box so the letter​ sit there for 3 days had to come down and get 3 people to open this broke box and they're my letter said no wonder FedEx is taking over… Read Full Review

I used UPS to deliver my manuscript submission on the day-definite, guaranteed next morning express service. They delivered a full day-24 hours- late from the agreement! My package did not get there on time. No explanation. Lots of excuses tried. Absolute refusal to refund my money. Basically sorry but tough luck that's just the way it happened.
