“Some of THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever...”

I called the 1-800 customer service number for UPS, to find out what had happened to a package I was expecting that said it had been delivered according to their tracking number and information, but it hadn't. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and unkind. She did not even try to listen to me and really find out what was going on. “No customer service”

A parcel was shown as delivered but was not with my customer. No signature obtained and just shown as 'mailbox'. Despite the driver having scanned it (to be shown as delivered) they are 'unable' to trace what he did with it. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I used UPS to send a parcel to my family in Pakistan for an occasion and that was the worst possible mistake I have ever done in my life. Okay,so obviously packages will be delayed in the Houston area due to our devastating floods. I get that. However, I ordered something post-flood and was told ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about just how backed up the company is. I mean, come on, you are taking peoples money and telling them that next day or two day air delivery is possible! If it's not, say so!! Say so on your website!! “The worst!!!!!!”

I would never use them again!!!!! I was sending on Wednesday morning(9 oclock) a special screws for shutters to Floryda(west palm beach)to my friends so they can secure their house before Irina comes on Saturday night.Paid overnight to get on Thursday.They got them 7;54 am and they were out for delivery by 9;32am of course they did not delivery them . “Another failed UPS Delivery”

Of course, we only come here with complaints, but how else would UPS ever know - they make it SOOO HARD to complain, even though it must be their most common search word on their site. Just had another failed UPS delivery. They simply do not bother to knock on the door or wait 30 seconds for you to get there. “USELESS! A cowboy on a horse would have done a better...”

My pkg was scheduled to arrive 9/1/17. I checked my UPS online status after not receiving my delivery and it said it was being held, receiver requested. I was infuriated because I know I did not request a hold. After waiting for 16 minutes on hold to speak to an operator and she basically repeated the same info I already read for myself online. Dear All: I went online to schedule a package pickup; Seems pretty simple. I went through the entire process, payment went through, and than UPS's site came back with a red error message stating that it needed more fields filled in. Having taken off the entire day from work as you are not given even a "morning / Afternoon" expected delivery time, UPS waited util the afternoon to tell me that they were not going to deliver the package anyway and I am now expected to take off another day on the off chance that they will deliver it then. “They dumped by package in the woods”

I ordered from another stupid online site and they messed up my delivery address to an old address abandoned cottage in the woods where nobody lives but raccoons. I told them immediately they needed to change the address, but they refused to do it. said 'we can't do that, its against our policy'. like contract with their deliverers or some second-party operative MORE important to them than is satisfying CUSTOMERS. 1 star is very generous for this mob! the website perfoms like it has been designed by a child. you tick a wrong box and there is a nice big price to pay. the sales guys offer you a good price. i thought it was to good to be true and it was. you never shipped enough items so your price went up. at no point was that explained! Dont try to bother with UPS find a better one. I have been waiting 6 hours with 7 boxes in the reception of the student accomodation i was living and i was waiting for them to come. Everytime i scheduled a collection it was canceled for no reason. I have had 3 transactions with UPS. All bad! The last 2 within the last 6 months. The driver left my package on the street instead of walking up our driveway and leaving the package at our door and it was stolen. The shipper filed a claim and UPS did nothing! This last incident the box was bashed in and the driver said "oh, it's not that bad!" So I made him stay here while I opened it and sure enough my item was broken. UPS always seems to hit a new low. I don't understand why I can't give them less than a star. They deliver items broken and run to the next location. They don't usually wait for you.
