“Poor Service”

I used to have a positive attitude towards UPS, that has changed. Over the last couple of years they'e gotten worse and worse. They damage packages and lose the labels on them so you can't track them any longer, and their routes are planned out horribly. I understand businesses are important, but does the driver have to pass my street no less than four times before finally hitting it? “Still the worst”

When I ordered via UPS a few years back, I told myself to never do it again due to excessive brokerage fees. I just received a parcel that could only be shipped by UPS and thus gave it another try. Looks like things haven't changed. 1) I paid over $3000 to have some antique furniture that has been in my family for years shipped to me from across the globe. Never received my shipment because it was sent to the wrong address and then sent back to the sender across the globe and I was never notified. “They lost my package, won"t take responsibility”

UPS delivered my package to the wrong address, admittedly, but then refused to take responsibility for their mistake. instead they just said they would investigate, but they made no reimbursement and I was forced to reorder and wait for a reimbursement from home depot (who were excellent at helping me) UPS gets away with not fulfilling the contract that they have to make deliveries on behalf of home depot. I was suppose to receive my package from UPS on Monday 3/6/2017 . I was sent a text that it was delivered at 2:02 pm . When I got home no package was delivered at all . “UPS Drivers never showed up but said I was not available”

I was expecting a package today (2/23/17) which was scheduled to delivered b/w 2:15pm-6:15pm. My security cameras never captured the UPS driver showing up but at 12:14pm, he posted a comment on the tracking page saying I was not available to receive the pkg. This was not the 1st time this happened. The drivers did this same thing several times before @ their convenience. “Horrible customer service...and getting worse”

As a shipping customer of UPS, I've always had some complaints which were generally never dealt with. UPS would drop off in the morning and pick up sometime in the afternoon, which actually worked out fairly well for us. Then, the cost cutting--one stop only both drop off & pick up, occurring whenever they got around to it during the day. “International delivery Fast Lane and UPS”

Sent an Indian sitar from UK to Italy three months ago. Packed following the directive on Fast Lane International and delivery service supported by UPS. Good arrived in time but with a big bump on the cardboard and guest what? the instrument cracked! Obviously they just mishandle the parcel (labelled with a big FRAGILE on it) and probably launched it in the plane with no care. UPS has the world's worst customer service. No matter what you need, it is guaranteed that they will be at zero value to you and will undoubtedly transfer you around to multiple RUDE associates. “Did not even ATTEMPT delivery”

UPS is really slipping. Use to be my favorite delivery service and I have used them literally hundreds of times for business and persona. They have delivered to my current residence countless times (including in the winter). I live in a subdivision. Now they claim "treacherous weather" and cannot deliver--with NO delivery attempt. Shockingly bad service . waited in all day for parcel , bout 3.15 neighbour puts card through letterbox ..delivery driver left sorry i missed you card outside block of flats , couldnt even be bothered to ring bell . “7 hours of "out for delievery"”

It showed out for delivery at 6am. The place it was going to, Greensburg, was only 17 minutes away from where it was put on the truck, New Stanton. Yet, it took UPS 7 hours???!! to deliver a package to a place that was just 17 minutes away! Sure, they deliver all the packages of the day at once, and even if there were a ton of packages, there is no reason my package should have take 7 HOURS to be delivered! “NO EMERGENCY CARE PLAN OR PROPER STORAGE OF MEDICATIONS!”

No stars. Driver attempted delivery apparently. I was in the property. He never even rang the doorbell! When I called to ask why he had not rang the doorbell, they were really rude, berated me on the phone. Accused me of lying. I would not recommend them. In fact I would avoid them like the plague. “Failure to Pick-up in a Timely Fashion”

I had to have a large package sent to Dish Network after I terminated by service with them. They use UPS and gave me pre-paid labels to simply send it in to any UPS location. Unfortunately, the drop off location in town was too small for my large packages. I ordered a location pick-up directly from my address and waited for the driver to come.
