“UPS Does Not Deliver”

I know better than to use UPS, but not everyone else does, unfortunately. In December, UPS failed to deliver an Xmas package to me and ended up losing it. According to their own investigation, it was a complete mess every step of the way and there was no excuse for not delivering the package. “My UPS experience was a total shambles”

I waited in on Monday for a delivery which didn't arrive so I waited Tuesday then rang the tracking department. They said they had tried to deliver on Monday but I wasn't in (I was in all day) and that on Tuesday they couldn't find the house but would deliver after 12 today (Wednesday). “UPS frustrating monopoly deliverer does not listen or care”

The saga of screw ups from UPS is too long to detail. I was to receive a package which needed a signature. The ups deliverer came at 7;55 pm, didnt knock, I saw the truck outside and hailed him but he drove off anyway. “Can't find an address even after they have been there...”

Five times in two months that UPS has delivered my packages to the wrong address. They have been given detailed directions to my house all five times and still they are unable to get my packages delivered to the correct address. I would never ship via UPS personally. “worst delivery company in london”

As usual, the company could not deliver on the day that they promised. Worst still, on some occasions, I would get an email saying that ' the receiver was not available at the time of delivery. A second attempt will be made'. How could this be possible when i was in every time I was expecting deliveries. Nobody came and there were no delivery notices. “Worst Customer Service ANYWHERE”

UPS is a garbage service that apparently will give their drivers instructions that they are under no obligation to follow, have no interest in actually helping or even attempting to help their customers with delivery issues, and will continue giving you the run around until you're too frustrated and tired of dealing with them to continue. “Unnecessary charges”

It was a horrible choice choosing ups to deliver my parcel. Not only they are charging 15 pounds for the deliver they charged me for taxes 36 pounds, which 11 pounds out of those money just went for them to check some kind of papers. “Completely Disapointed with the overall service with UPS!”

“Tracker sucks”

So my shipment was last seen on the 10th of December and was suppose to be here before Christmas on the 21-23 the 24th is now here and it still says in transit last seen in LA and it's suppose to be shipped to ontario. I sold an item and the buyer booked UPS re collection. On arrival I signed believing it was to confirm pickup. 4 weeks later I received 2 invoices from UPS demanding almost £260 delivery charge. I will never use UPS again, my package has been sitting in San Bernardino warehouse since 12/4/2015 and every time I call I get the same feedback "your package will be delivered tomorrow". “Watch out surcharges”

The chap who delivered was great. UPS as a company are greedy! Bought some xmas gifts for grand children cost £26.57 + 7.67 carriage. Arrived today but had to pay another £17.84 ( £6.84 import VAT - £11.00 BROKERAGE SURCHARGES (ups charges)) I phone UPS up and they said that was the fee I have to pay. I would not ship packages to my family or friends through ups. this is not the first time ups delivered one of our packages to the wrong house. they try to say that maybe the label was messed up. “Next day gauranteed”

I had a package sent next day for $74 on Saturday before 2pm and still on Tuesday no package. You would think if they missed their guaranteed next day delivery mark they would expedite this and deliver it first thing the next day. But no, I have to wait until possibly 7pm for this service because "the drivers have precise routes they have to keep each day". UPS fail. “HORRIBLE SERVICE”

SENT A PACKAGE PRIORITY OVERNIGHT. PAID OVER $90 TO HAVE IT SHIPPED. TWO DAYS LATER, NO PACKAGE AND NO IDEA WHERE IT WENT. SPENT OVER TWO HOURS ON THE PHONE BEING ON HOLD WAITING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. “UPS is not ready for the holiday season.”

Well, its begun. 3 packages, all delayed and 2 have been sitting at the Commerce City facility for 2 days. Now when I am supposed to have them delivered, the driver only had one. Nice. And the third package, the only one that was going to be delivered promptly, I got a notice that it was left behind at the facility so they will hold it over the weekend and deliver Monday. “Rubbish service”

Organized two collection dates. No one turned up for first collection as I was in the house waiting from 7am to 7pm. The next day at 3pm the driver turned up. I had briefly left the house to empty the bin. The driver asked a workman if we were in and the workman confirmed we were.
