“100 Miles”

I had a delivery rescheduled for a day earlier and then first listed on the tracking info. Package was in and out of facilities within hours until it's one state away. The package arrived at the facility less the five hours away last night and at a facility a little over an hour away from me today but the delivery has been pushed back another 24 hours. “I'd rather give no stars. ”

I'm not sure how a delivery driver can get away with saying they've attempted to deliver a parcel, without ever knocking on the house, but UPS manage it. A note was not left, but a time of "Attempted delivery" was stated - despite myself and my family not only being in at said time, but all in the living room - which looks out onto the front path. I sat here all day waiting for my package only to discover that the driver assumed I wasn't home because my gate was closed and left without honking or leaving my package. When I called the Tampa, FL office to have the driver come back, I was told I was welcome to drive 45 miles to their warehouse to pick it up. “Pick up package errors”

The UPS driver did not pick up on the day scheduled and left the notice at another house. I requested expedited shipping as I would not be home the next day for the rescheduled pickup which meant I would have to take the package the following day to a UPS store. I am losing 2 days shipping on a $50+ shipment. The national # told me to call the local # who told me to call the national # for help. The last local person I talked to hung up on me mid-sentence. “Offer a service they have no intention of delivering on”

Phoned to organise a pick up for a morning slot 9-1pm. This was agreed over the phone. On the day of pick up nobody had arrived so I phoned to find out where the driver was. The first person I spoke to told me the driver was stuck in traffic and therefore they could not confirm the driver would be with me before 5pm. “Missed deliveries because they ignore instructions!”

Had a missed delivery, left the slip out, clearly visible, requesting to be delivered to neighbours, both retired, both home all day, both always take in parcels for me without issues. However on the following day the idiot UPS driver just shoved the slip back through my letterbox along with a final delivery attempt slip. “ups fails vs fedex”

i receive several packages a year from both companies. i live in a rural area but is accessible to drop packages at the door. ups drops them at the driveway gate and fedex places them at the door. i have had packages left out in the rain with no protection from the weather or thieves. companies i use have contracts to use ups with usps as delivering carrier and that works but the ups delivery trucks fail miserably… Read Full Review

“Missing parcel”

Totally unreliable courier. My item has not been delivered but their tracking system showed something different.  driver  does not really care where and whom he giving parcels. Use UPS at your own risk!! I asked the clerk at the UPS store to put a note on my delivery..."Do not leave package at door" "Leave at front office if office is open"... “Package LOST!”

I am upset with UPS because they have lost my package! Because they have lost the package (my phone was in there) I have been without a phone for almost 2 weeks. Assurant (the shipper) says that they can't do anything til 14days after I notified them of package not being delivered. So, Assurant was paid their deductible, UPS I am sure was too.....so guess who is losing??????/ ME!!!!!! No cell phone til they finish their investigation! I run a small business, I was due to have a delivery I waited all day to find the driver claimed he been to my address which wasn't true, I contacted ups they said someone from the depot would call back, which also didn't happen. I was then told I would have to wait until Monday for my parcel unless I wanted to collect it from the depot which is almost 25 mile away. “dont pay for 2 day delivery”

I ordered part to fix my car. paid for 2nd day delivery witch would be delivered on Thursday. it was ordered on Monday shipped Tuesday should arrive Thursday. ok ups said held up to rain storm Thursday night. ok should of already have it. one day late fine but not four days sent me email saying "MIGHT GET MONDAY " This is B.S. I use Euro Car Parts all the time and have never paid any extra for special delivery. They use UPS and the goods have always been delivered within 2 - 3 days max. Each person's experiences will be different I suppose.

“Shocking service”

First and the last time I have ever used Ups. Due to my unsociable work hours I have rearranged for it to be delivery at 10 am yesterday, for them to only arrive at 3pm, when I have already left home. Rearranged it for today in the afternoon around 12-3pm but of course its almost half past 4 and no on is here. All the plans I had for today had to be cancelled due to the poor service and no loyalty to the client. I believe 1 star is even too good for this company. Got sent a package from the UK to China, expected delivery time - March 11, it's March 31st today and i still don't have it. WHY? Because UPS loves to find excuses - incorrect postcode / incorrect contact phone number / everything is incorrect. “Unreliable, take risks with pkgs”

They dont knock or ring the bell, just leave pkgs worth thousands of dollars outside the apt building. They have have even claimed my apt building was a nursing home to their dispatchers so they wouldnt have to come inside!!! I am waiting for a delivery right now, that they claimed to have "tried" to deliver once already, but didnt. Needless to say, I am not holding my breath while I wait for it.
