    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: Everything, useless, useless, useless


    General comments: Federal Express damage so many of our packages (car panels) no care is taken at their hub. they dropped a door so hard it crushed a corner even though it was securely wrapped. They don't even attempt to deliver items on time, most of the time. Ocasionally when we book a shipment the driver does not bother turning up, no notice given.

    Once the envelope arrived in Calgary Federal Express called for three days saying they couldn't find the address. We've been at this address for 20 years and had no trouble before. When I called to try and track the package they couldn't help me because I didn't have the tracking number.

    Useless - waste of money. Spend your cash with another company if you live on the Isle of Wight, we've InterLink and UPS and several others, FedEx are impolite .

    we are confident in Federal Express, used for years and excellent on time delivery. They know our business and have a great service. We have a Fedex key a/c s person to highlight any delivery delays/exceptions, this is great help to us.The people are great too! c.s., a/c rep. drivers, never had any issues. Excellent qtr end collection cover which is very important to our business to max revenue.

    Fedex is my favorite postal service. I use them for many things, mainly large parcels and sometimes for smaller more delicate items. FedEx has a strong International service that is good if I want to mail something I have purchased on Holiday. I've never tried the ground service though. Sometimes a package might arrive a day or two late so be prepared.
