    Slow, dishonest and a waste of time. I bought my phone with O2 and they used DHL. I was given a number to track my order, after trying to figure out which option I needed to use (which wasn't clear and took a fair bit of time) I found the item had got to the depot but then was not sent out for a day. Then, because I had paid extra for delivery before 12pm, at 11:35am it said a card had been left. Since I had got up early and stayed in all morning I was fuming, rang the customer service line after spending about 30 minutes finding the number and had a word with them who advised the phone would come tomorrow. However the phone arrived later that afternoon, luckily for the driver after I had gone to work. I won't be using them again if I can help it.

    My textbook was delivered to an authorized person at my apartment complex and I was never notified. I never ended up receiving the product and called DHL to find out about this and was basically told I was out of luck. I filed a written complaint but it was swiftly denied because it was filed after the 30 day time limit. I even asked simply for shipping charges to be refunded and this was not even given. I will never use DHL again.

    I have been a DHL customer for the past 3 years and for the money i pay, their services are by far the WORST i have ever seen.
    I gave up on this company when i sent a package to Yemen, the package contained Medical Tubes for my uncle who has a kidney problem back home. i notified them and re-assured them that my package is extremely urgent. i payed 115$ and the package got their late. on top of being late, the DHL office at the destination restricted the package and wouldn't release it unless my ...

    Once again I was rudely awakened by the same loud and most obnoxious person who though, must be most commended to have achieved to gain and hold a white van driving license who is employed by you at DHL, this is to complete a delivery service to my home to which I have paid.

    I have had numerous attempted deliveries from DHL where an invisible card has been left, the tracking says so. The drivers, in my experience, are completely useless. If your address is not clearly labeled and really easy to find they will fail to find your address and put an invisible card through your door (after supposedly knocking?). I now make sure that if I'm buying online the company does not use DHL. Their website is also completely useless if you want to look up simple things like delive ...

    What a complete rubbish company they are, not professional at all, can't even deliver the correct parcel. DHL you need to update the correct phone numbers and check your delivery drivers have been to Spec Savers!

    Bad service is what you will receive, I never hear anything good said about DHL.

    DHL Home delivery.

    Thursday 29th October 2009: Ordered Mobile phone with e2save, sent with DHL next day delivery.

    Friday 30th October 2009: Got home from work, yellow card in door claiming attempted delivery.

    DHL courier - the worst customer support ever and the worst online web site ever. Tried to get an estimate for a pickup and shipment and whammo - i have just committed to a very expensive shipment. I call to cancel because I can't find a way to cancel using the site.     So far DHL have proved to be rubbish. They have said that they tried to deliver to my house in Watford twice and this was not true. They did not leave a card or speak to my neighbour. - As I was in for the 2 days waiting for this package I will be contacting the firm that sent me some important items and recommend that they do not use DHL any more.     my family sent a package from dhl el salvador to dhl edmonton, ab canada they pay for the so call overnight service they sent the package oct 7 2009 and today is oct 16 2009 and i havent recieve anything yet and everytime i call they are so rude they wont let me speak to a manager I WOULD NEVER USE DHL SERVICE EVER AGAIN

    AbsOlutely rubbish. Unfortunately used by many suppliers online, and they have NEVER delivered any of our parcels but they say they have left cards and the latest says the parcel has been left- well, not unless they have dug a holre and buried it in my garden. I do not understand why large reputable companies continue to use them. Incidently wanted to give no stars on both ratings but your system wldnt allow

    Failed to attempt to deliver to my flat. Had to change delivery address, which could not be done online or over the phone but only via email. No response to email to confirm change of address had been processed.

    After changing delivery address it took them 5 days to deliver. Not impressed.

    Tracker reported had no reply at address and left a card.There had been no delivery to my house or a card left.DHL could not explain this.Rubbish and cost me £20.Never again.

    Absolutely unreliable and a complete waste of money. I was expecting an important delivery, A Saturday delivery that I had paid for, and was promised it would definitely arrive on saturday before 12. It hasn't, and checking track shows me that it is still sitting in Leeds when it SHOULD be in Cardiff! AWFUL service. I would never use DHL again given the choice.

    What a nightmare. I am still waiting for my parcel which DHL say have tried to deliver on three consecutive days. However, I was in the house on two of those occasions. The tracking page also says they leave cards but they have not left any here. Your reviews have been helpful in that my suspicion that they are lying has been supported by other reviewers.

    next day service that takes 3 days...drivers lying about trying to deliver.

    rude customer service staff - yelling on telephone.
    didn't know where package was (they think its on the vehicle) tracking service whats the point in this service.

    still no delivery..

    worst parcel service ever used.


    for overall rating this should have a minus 10......

    DHL is by far the worst delivery service there is, the first time I used DHL my package that I wanted delivered didnt even leave London, when I got home it was waiting for me outside my door, the second time I used them, they lost my whole package,let me descibe my package: it is 5 meter long pole vault poles, spoting equipment, HOW DO YOU LOSE A BAG THAT IS 5 METERS LONG, it is not like it is a shoe box?

    DHL must be the worst delivery company in the world!!! No communication nothing arrives on time. Can somebody tell me how my parcel which was on a next day delivery when purchased managed to get half way around the country in a few hours to a depot 2 miles up the road then fail to deliver the goods!! Online tracking i wouldn't even bother with it told me it was in the van ready but obviously not.
