“No communications at all!”

I've wasted days waiting in for deliveries. Even though they supply you with a tracking number and have a simple looking online tracking set up - the reality is that you have no real communications with them. My item didn't get delivered on the day that I reschedule it to even though I received an automated confirmation phone text which is of course useless and seems to have no relation to whoever is delivering the item. i received an extremely valuable parcel only to open it to find the contents were smashed to smitherines!!! whoever handled the parcel certainly did not show any care or respect for the customers goods and to make matters worse the customer service person tried their best to deny it but when confronted with evidence of a boot print on my parcel i was accused of lying !!! “Failed to deliver three times”

Just a simple delivery from B&Q. Should have been next day. Nothing. Rang B&Q (25 minutes to get through) who then said they couldn't get a reply from Parcelforce and gave me their number and tracking ID. Rang Parcel force who said it was common that the delivery label falls off - yeah right. “Incompetent and poor customer service”

Express24 service at £5.75 1st attempt failed and driver did not leave a card. 2nd attempt failed with parcel loaded onto van and then back to depot, no attempt to deliver, so no card - have to call - no explanation. Try to organise re-delivery to post office - failed 3rd attempt, failed, despite telling staff over the phone that I would not be home, and requesting delivery to local post office. “Parcel FARCE not Parcel Force”

Had a missed delivery due to seller giving them the wrong address. Error corrected same day by the seller, who contacted parcel force giving the correct address and were given new parcel ID / tracking numnber and a new delivery date was set. Duly wasted yet another whole day waiting in, and Zilch. “Useless - avoid this company”

Tracking info said parcel out for delivery at 08:43 depot about 20 miles away. 15:00 no sign of parcel called Parcelforce - on hold for 35 minutes waiting for an agent to be available then they terminated the call. Called Parcelforce again at 16:30 - helpful lady said she would contact the depot, get them to call the driver and then ring to update me. Further update.
Having told them that a delivery today would not be acceptable and having agreed they would return the parcel to the sender. Instead they tried to deliver today and they continue to lie to cover up the ir incompetence and their lack of customer care. The tracking record now shows 31/05 14:53 attempted delivery - refused by addressee. At 14:53 today no one was at the house to refuse delivery - my wife and I were 166 miles away. THESE PEOPLE CANNOT BE TRUSTED - DO NOT USE THEM!!!

“Rude couriers”

The couriers are very rude. A guy just came to deliver a package and snatched it away when I tried to see who it was addressed to. Worst people skills I have ever encountered. That joined with the three parcels they have lost from SA makes this the WORST service ever. Extremely incompetent on so many levels. Had to chase up on numerous occasions with Parcelforce - never received a ticket slip, a letter or any information pertaining to my package. Meanwhile, it sat at the depot for over a week without my knowledge. Once I chased up, I paid the extortionate custom charges fees, they told me that it would be delivered next day. “Liars”

My parcel was delivered nearly 2 weeks late, after the contents had gone out of date. I tried having it redelivered by booking a specific day on their website on the same day as their apparent original delivery attempt. They made false claims about contacting me and claimed to have tried redelivery on dates which I did not specify. I think this speaks for itself. If there's one thing that's important so that one can have a re-delivery, THIS IS IT! Once again, had to phone them (no freephone!) to get the info. to arrange re-delivery. What's so difficult about writing clearly? Stayed in a whole day 2 weeks ago waiting for another package which I was told would be delivered on that day..... which wasn't. “Dreadful service yet again ”

Parcel force 48, I am not sure what that means but I think that they have got the numbers round the wrong way. The last two deliveries from them have taken four and five days. My latest one according to the tracking number has been in the same place for over a day and if it doesn't move soon could well go into a sixth day. Nobody turned up! 1st time we called we got hung up on!!!! 2nd time were told this collection was 'not going to happen' and could we just stay in the house and wait now!! “No Show. ”

Waited in 9am to 6 pm (with my 3year old) on a precious day off and day with her. Kept tracking website. All apparently ok, according to the website. Phoned at 4pm and said local depot would call me. They never did. Driver never showed. Customer service truly awful. Very flippantly said it was out for delivery tomorrow on an all day slot and no they wouldn't give me a time window for delivery. “Express 24!!! Rubbish. Could've delivered quicker...”

I posted 2 guitars to eBay customers on Friday at 11.15, I was told at the post office that the items wouldn't arrive until Monday (which I knew so that was fine) On Monday I looked on the website to find that I there was no information on the tracking numbers until 1.30pm when it stated that the items had only just been collected so I emailed ParcelFarce and complained.
