“poor service, run away!”

I was supposed to receive a parcel on the 3rd of January but it didn't happen. I decided to check the parcel status on the website and I discovered that the parcel has been delivered the 3rd of January and signed by someone else !!! How is that possible ??? Then, few days after, I called the customer service and in the meantime sent a request by email. “Appalling company”

I now understand why the are called PARCELFARCE . . . . My parcel was 4 days late but Parcelforce said they tried to deliver on 2 separate days but there was no one home and they had posted a card through my door. None of this is true. I was at home all day on both days and there no card posted through my door. When I called them it was all just a very indignant attitude toward their customer. Want to order goods online and then have them delivered to the wrong address? Want to experience awful customer service full of false promises and lies? Then look no further than Parcelforce!! “lost my bike”

How can parcelforce loose my bike. They collected with no issues and apparently it arrived at there Stoke depot but after that they appear to have lost it!!! Am so angry with parcelforce. ? “Absolutely Shocking”

I have complained twice to Parcelforce in as many weeks and their service is shockingly poor. The tracking portal shows my item has been delivered, so I call the wife at home and in fact no delivery was made or even attempted, their driver had blatantly lied and returned a few hours later. “ITS NOT WHAT YOU PAY FOR”

This company is not worth 1 star. I wouldn't award them 1 star if I had the choice. I paid £47.58 for a 2 day delivery and its now 7 days and yet to be delivered to Italy. considering its their fault for processing incorrectly and go via third parties they don't even do anything to help speed up the process. “I hate this company”

Why do companies/people still use them? I haven't had one hassle free 'service' from them yet. They say they tried to deliver an item and left a card, when they blatantly haven't. I don't think I've had one card ever left by them. I ALWAYS have to contact the seller or shop I've bought from to find out where my parcel is. “THE ANTEQUATED DELIVERY COMPANY”

I purchase lots of things online, as most people do today, and my pet hate is sellers who use Parcelforce or Royal mail. It is so stressful trying to receive parcels from them. They refuse to leave in a safe place, nor do they try to leave with a neighbour (although requested) All other couriers have an app. which informs me when the delivery is within the next hour,(so I can nip home) or asking to leave in a "safe place" for delivery. Absolute rubbish tracking system....might as well not bother. No times quoted no collection from sender aknowledged, or timestamped. No window of delivery ..... its not really a tracking service at all.... I would suggest you use another postal service. I suggest you use another postal service. I've had items tracked from Germany with every part of the handling timestamped, with verbose location details.

My item was due to arrive this morning before 1000. As it didn't, I called to find out what had happened. I was told my item was mis-sorted to the wrong dept and the item would not arrive tomorrow. “Shockingly Bad”

As a company we have experienced countless problems with not only the service of parcel force, but also the poor service we receive from our account manager. We have since requested a new account manager and were told this is not possible. The account manager is extremely rude and has terrible customer service skills, with inability to communicate. My brother has sent me 21 bottles of wine and a Real Madrid T shirt from Spain. “Want a problem? Deal with Parcel Force”

They promise to deliver large parcels within 48 hours. However, my parcel from Glasgow to Manchester was delivered on the 6th day! The courier had to arrive on Thursday, September 8, between 12 and 4 pm. He arrived earlier and when I asked to come later he said he couldn't do that the same day and returned on Friday at 2 pm. “The worst customer service ”

missed a delivery on Wednesday and called to reschedule to the post office for Friday. I got a text later that day that it will be redelivered, I went to the post office on Friday and I was informed there was no attempt to deliver. I called Rotherham depot and spoke to an advisor, she explained that they can redeliver on Saturday but I would have to pay, we had a little back and forth and I asked her to transfer me to her manager. “Parcelforce = ParcelFARCE Totally useless amatuers”

Paid for next day delivery service and the parcel was collected ok. Two days later no sign of my delivery and no help whatsoever from ParcelFARCE customer services... Their web site tracker system states they have my parcel, they just don't know where it is. They don't / won't call you back as promised, don't follow up emails and their phone line is constantly engaged. Remember this is their 24hr service.
