What a waste of space this dreadful company is. I ordered a Sony Digital Camera, paid for next day delivery, and to my horror, the seller shipped with Royal Mail. Waited in all morning and most of the afternoon, no delivery was made. I contacted the seller to report the failure of delivery, seller said the parcel was a special delivery guaranteed by 1pm? Customer service could be greatly improved and with the recent price increase, I will be avoiding from now on! The new pricing from the Royal mail is absolutely disgusting and my blood is boiling having just returned from the Post Office having spent £11.96 to send a parcel weighing just over 1.1kg's. Who was the idiot that came up with this new policy of taking size into account, instead of it being about the weight which makes much more sense. Royal Mail is the worst service I have ever experienced from any delivery service before. They took more than 3 days to reply to 1 email and when they did reply, they did not even answer my question. Instead they just told me to write a report on how my item was lost by them. Writing a lost report should be done by them. They did not even contact me about it and I had to find out for myself. I will never use Royal Mail service again and I hope people read this so they know not to either. (read more)
