    Good Points: Advertise as Number 1 pet insurer. Advertise quick payment - within 10 days

    Bad Points: Claims process is very bad.

    General comments: Claims process is ridiculous and convoluted. Required all previous health treatment on 11 month old dog for a claim for eating a rock. 6 weeks after sending in claim and then sending a lot of additonal requested information that very short deadlines were given for, the claim is still not paid. Each time they are contacted, they say it will need an additional 10 days. Terrible, terrible claims service!!!!
