Good Points: Graphics are awesome. Gameplay - nothing like it, Voices - cool. I don't think I can list it all.
Bad Points: None
General comments: The new moves you can perform on Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 are awesome. You can teleport behind the person ping ponging them back and forth. You have a new mode called hyper mode. In hyper mode you can use your ultimate attack or you can duel out this battle of you and your opponents trying to hit the same button combinations to try and stop each other from attacking. The graphics are a lot better I think. I really like the new dragon universe they created. You actually get to fly around the map and go to any town or place you want to. It's a lot better than Budokai 2! After you beat the Dragon Universe a few times you should play it on very hard and once you beat it you will unlock Z mode which is another difficulty setting. It is pretty hard but it gives you more experience and once you beat Z mode you will unlock Z2 and so on. I play with Goku a lot and I was able to get him up to level 99 by using the dragon universe a lot. And it takes a while to do that too! Overall I highly recommend this game if you like stuff like Dragon Ball Z.

Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 for PS2 is a top banana game! You can unlock up to 40 bonus characters, customise warriors, build the ultimate fighter post and retrieve character profiles from the internet. If you liked Budokai 1 and 2, you will certainly like 3.
