Good Points: Everything is better than Championship Manager 5, this includes realistic values for players, addictive, quiet fast, player history, better gameplay, few bugs
Bad Points: one thing i kno is that they are fewer than the bugs on cm5
General comments: First I bought Champ Manager 5 then played for about 10 minutes and truthfully speaking it was awful lucky enough I had bought it recently so I could get a refund which I did and now I have Football Manager 2005 which is fantastic. One thing you should ask yourself is that why Champ Manager 5 never produced a demo version of their game whilst Football Manager 2005 did? mmmmmm.... I wonder. Football Manager 2005 is far much better than Champ Manager 5, now you can see the player history before you buy them this is good because you will not just buy players who you know, you buy quality. Also they have maintained the 2d game play and the screen is not tilted which is good. One other good thing is that there are more goals and they are quality whilst on Champ Manager 5 all or most of the goals are either own goals or defensive errors which is worrying. Also the patches produced will better the game rather than on cm5 where they don't fix anything.
just to sum it up Football Manager 2005 is so far the best game out there and also if you are worried about the price don't worry go to Tesco the game is for £16.97 so if you want to compare Champ Manager 5 and Football Manager 2005 first buy Champ Manager 5 which is obviously bad and then keep the receipt and go trade it for Football Manager 2005.

Football Manager 2005 is by far the most realistic and addictive management game ever. From the moment you start the game you will find yourself encapsulated in the fascinating world of football, whether it be in the Premiership, Seria A or la Liga. There are plenty of new features, but unlike Championship Manager four they haven't slowed the game down, in fact, Football manager is probably faster than any of the previous games. The new features include manager comments, an effective 2D view, an ...
