Good Points: Ease of use, EXCELLENT support, UK based (Uncle Sam cannot subpoena your data!)

Bad Points: Their website could be better looking to inspire more trust.

General comments: The Depositit software is a breeze to install and can be configured to backup different backup sets at different frequencies for one or more machines. For encrypted files and network drives DepositIT can run as a Windows Service.
The online selfhelp files are comprehensive and easy to follow, for an extra 20 Euros you can get phone support but it is really not needed. The email support response is also very good.

my computer was starting to die on me and I was really afraid of losing all my files (letters, emails, photos, music etc). A friend told me about Depositit and when I went to their website, it was really easy to find out all the information I needed and purchase the service from there too.

The software wasn't difficult to install and it wasn't long before it was set up and backing up all my files. I did need to spend a few minutes looking at their help files, but all the instructions were p ...
