Good Points: Large boot space ideal when you have children. The 2 liter version although large still has a good pick up in speed.
Bad Points: Constant electrical problems over the last two years costing thousands. Prices are ludicrously high and can not be realistically justified.
General comments: I would never buy a Renault car again after the trouble i have gone through with my Scenic Monaco. I would certainly advise friends to stay well clear of any Renault car.

I bought the Renault Scenic 2.0 16v Monaco people carrier after having a Clio and needing a bigger car. The only bad thing is the cornering, but that has to be expected on this sort of car. It is thirsty, I can only get low 30's to the gallon if I drive VERY carefully, usually about 26mpg otherwise. Good points, very fast, 140BHP - 125/130mph top speed, engine sounds very nice if you have the window open, otherwise you can't hear a great deal at all.
