Good Points: Easy to use
Bad Points: No cable included to convert (download) to computers.
General comments: In one years' ownership I had problem with its record feature. It was totally black. I asked it at Sony company in Ethiopia. They told me the problem is with its CCD measure IC. But I couldn't find it in our local market.
Please guide me on how I could get it.

The Sony DCR-TRV145E PAL digital camcorder offers good quality recording and playback. It seems to be well made and pretty solid. One thing that impressed me was how much you can shake it about whilst recording without it affecting the picture, which is good for action sports, which is what I got it for. Oh, and it hasn't broken, which is rare for a Sony in my experience!
Battery life isn't as good as the old Samsung 8mm I had, but then it's running a colour screen and light and stuff. As lon ...

The Sony DCR-TRV145E camcorder is brilliant! It will be very good for family and other use. Please buy this camcorder so you can try it yourself.
