Found a holiday I wanted rang up to be told the computer's were down and to ring back the next day. Rang back to speak to the person I had dealt with the previous night to be told that someone would get back to me. No one did so I had to ring back yet again to find the hotel I orignally wanted was booked up. Eventually booked a holiday to Egypt.
Customer serive from this company I found was pretty bad. No reply to email's, no phonecalls's back, and the guy that I dealt with was pretty abrubt and and rude.
Would not deal with these again.

I have returned from a family holiday in Kos at the Mitsis Summer Palace 5 star Ultra All Inclusuve. We were told we would get International Drinks, Watersports and a choice of restaurants and we made full use of all 3 extra benefits. I do not feel ripped off by Imperial Travel at all as the holiday was less than £1300 for a family of four (October). Actually I feel they gave me a really good service and price.

We booked a one week holdiay to Crete through Imperial Travel, which at time of booking we were asured that it was Ultra All Inclusive, However when we received the tickets we noticed that we had been given a Classic AI. We phoned to querey this and were told that we booked after a certain date and so the offer was not valid for us, although after checking my bank statement the money had been debited before the offer finished. After many discussions (when I could get through to them) I was told ...

Rude, obnoxious and guilty of mis selling holidays under false pretences. The Imperial Travel staff are unhelpful and at times don't even bother to answer the phone. On more than one occasion i was mislead about flight times, the standard of the hotel, room availability etc.

Just returned from the Doreta Beach in Rhodes with Imperial Travel, absoloutly fantastic and far cheaper than with other operaters. Dealt with a nice friendly rep who knew a fair bit about the resort. Will definatly be using imperial again.

Be aware should you choose to book with Imperial Travel. I used a "sales" rep who has been absloulely disgusting to deal with. Not only did he yeah, yeah, yeah me through my booking without confirming anything and refusing to send an email confirmation of my order (which they are very much able to do - i have clarified this) he also refused to commit to the fact that what i was booking was available even though he was happily taking my credit card details. Having put the phone down with some ...

Superb company never had any problems with any Holiday booked with them. We always ask for the same agent, she has always returned calls and has been very professional in all her dealings with us. We have travelled to Egypt 4 times using Imperial Travel and have not encountered any problems.

Would definiately use Imperial Travel again for future bookings! Only booked my holiday last week and by Friday learnt that it was through XL who went belly up. After reading reviews about the company I thought what have I done booking the holiday through this company. I have to say that they have been very professional, and everything they said that they would do they have done and less than a week later, I have received a full refund as the holiday is no longer there. Would just like to say a ...

I found Imperial Travel's service appalling.
Agent hung up on me when I didn't want to go where he suggested.

What kind of company is this?

Will NOT be using them again.

I went on the watchdog site and found the an email address
I emailed the address less than an hour ago to ask about our tickets, although we are not travelling for another 21 days. The reviews on here and on watchdog are cause for concer.

However, I have just had a reply and she has advised that my tickets will be in the post first class today.

That is what I call service

My husband and I have just booked our Egypt holiday through Teletex and we have recieved all docs apart from the tickets. As we are getting close to departure 17 July I called them today to see when they would be recieved. I was advised 2 weeks (just like a prev review) and they advised the details had not arrived from the booking agent as yet but should be next week and they will then send out the tickets. I am a little apprehensive after reading the rest of the reviews but so far I am happy.

The holiday my family and I opted for was a seven night get-away experience at a four star, respectable hotel in Greece. While on the Teletext holiday we found a package holiday which seemed perfect. The hotel associated with the offer was the Sunshine Village Apartments in Crete, Greece all inclusive at £389pp. On contacting the service provider, we were told the offer still stood for everything except the hotel, as the room advertised was no longer available, unless we agreed to upgra ...
