    Good Points: Weight, good look, IR illuminator, fast focus eyepieces, blue picture, AA batteries, resolution, price.


    Bad Points: Focus range, 1 year warranty.


    General comments: The Selena NVB 3 are a typical Gen 1 binoculars. Not so typical because the picture is bluish. These Russian binoculars have a nice blue and flat picture, good resolution, almost no black spots and very comfortable and easy to use. The IR works good at maybe 40 yards, not more. The focus range is 20 meter to ~. It's impossible to focus objects less than 20 meters. I recommended this unit only for those who want to see things further than 20 meters.
