ordered five items from studio, week later received email stating order received but only showed two items. Tried phoning customer care (joke), after twenty minutes on hold gave up. Sent email asking where are other three items. After one week received second email stating "good news your order has been processed, it will be sent in 0 parcels because it's out of stock please re-order. HAVE JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER, ONE ITEM TOTALLY OUT OF STOCK,ANOTHER ITEM, I HAVE TO REORDER IN TWO WEEKS TIME, WRONG COLOUR CARDIGAN SENT,EVEN THOUGH I PUT RIGHT COLOUR ON ORDER. Placed an order . 7 days later still no order recognised on system after 4 phone calls was advised to wait another 7 days before order would be released to be prosessed ! Still awaiting order 25 days diwn the line ! Slow and staff at customer services no help . If you need to order I think I would recommend doing it 2 months in advance !! I have spent hours over the past few days trying to place an order with studio. I needed an item that was personalized so I stuck with it against my better judgement. The website is terrible and would not allow me to make payment. So I tried ringing through my order . The questions I was asked were bizarre. I asked why you need all this info and was told they are going to do a cedit check. I was ready to pay with my debit card and was not asking for credit. I saw some nice stuffs on their site and decided to order, after waiting for one week with no email confirming by goods were on their way I checked their site only to see a notification that my application for an account was unsuccessful. I had opted for cash payment and not credit, so I am not sure what kind of credit check they would need to do to as I do not require credit. “Refusal to remove from mailing list”

My father wrote to them to ask them to remove my mother's details from their mailing list following her death. They ignored him so he emailed. They finally replied saying they couldn't do this without the death certificate as they "need to register the death with their credit reference agencies" WHY? I received email notification for an order for an Ipad Air I had not placed. I rang the "Customer Care Line" to advise that I have not made the order & that there was a serious error. Either the company have made a mistake in sending this to the wrong person or my account is being used by someone else. I was assured by the person I spoke to that this would be dealt with straight away, the order cancelled & I would receive an email confirming this. “deceiving prices.”

The pricing is completely deceiving if you pay off. There's the normal interest you pay, then there's their 'service charge' which is nearly 50% of what you pay every time you make a payment. So the more you pay off the more they take so in actuality you end up paying slot more for these supposed 'great deals' I also have sent them a complaint more than 6 weeks ago and have yet to reply. My elderly neighbors ordered a 2seater settee and a chair she paid straight away as they said it would be delivered the next day ,three weeks later she is still waiting for it she phoned customer services what a joke they are her husband is suffering with cancer , she got rid of her old sofa as they said it would be delivered the next day and the money she paid for delivery £125 which I think is excessive they are 81and74 is a disgusting the way they have been treated don't use this company… Read Full Review

What an awful experience from ordering, to finally asking for a refund. As a new customer, I entered a code for 10% off my first order and free delivery, which my order acknowledgement email stated. I was sent a text message asking for payment in full the following day, so I rang, and paid in full as I was asked by the advisor I spoke too. I ordered a wardrobe set in November 2015, was told would take 14 days to deliver. Anyway, I phoned up after 3 weeks of waiting, and was told a date of 26/27th January 2016 that my wardrobes will be delivered as there was a delay with another company supplying these wardrobes! Yes they are competitive prices but try paying for items... It's like trying to get into the vaults of the bank of England. Can't do online through bank can't do this can't do that... ditto I'm being told its cos they bank with Barclays and I don't as I asked for details to set up automated payment through my bank rather than phone expensive number as I don't have Barclays where I live to pay with payment slip. its shocking. cant even find a number to phone and complain.

i have ordered twice from this firm with no course to complain. However my recient order i realized i had made an error as i always pay in full requested a refund straight away I didnt expect a problem and they would refund as soon as possable. i was very disappointed i did not get it I emailed countless times some ignored .then decided to phone first customer services adviser rudely cut me off after a long wait.
