    I have just got back from Hotel Ferrera and I must say it was one of the best holidays I have had in majorca the hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and the food was very good. The beach was clean and only a couple of minutes walk away, the bar staff were great and so were all the other staff including maids they changed bedding and towels everyday. I would definately go again, if I had to fault it, I would say the women bar staff and entertainment staff needed to smile more they were not very friendly.

    Cala Ferrera Hotel is a very nice clean hotel, 80% germans so you have to get up early to get a sunbed!and they have no manners whatsoever! good entertainment for young children even though the person who organizes just about everthing is annoying, but everyone else was nice!

    The resort is great for children with loads to do:)

    The food is nice so go all in and there are plenty of drinks to choose from.

    We were all inclusive at this hotel and were extremely disappointed with drinks on offer, all you had was wine - brandy-whisky - and gin or larger that was undrinkable,most people were going outside the hotel to buy some alcohol and going back to their rooms as there was also no entertainment except for the half an hour disco for the toddlers from 21-00-21-30.     The Cala Ferrera Hotel in Cal D Or was fine; no complaints, I was just extremely disappointed at the lack of facilities and entertainment for children, and that was the sole reason why I chose this hotel.

    When we booked the holiday to the Cala Ferrara Hotel in Cala D Or I wasn't sure what to expect as we didn't get many details of the hotel or what it would be like. When we arrived we were amazed! The hotel was very nice! We went into Ferrera Blanca itself for food, and our favourite was Espiga D'or where there was a different set menu every night. It was really nice and at a reasonable price.     the location of the Cala Ferrera Hotel couldnt have been better.
    The food we thought was very good
    the staff very hard working,
    the bedrooms were very clean and kept that way.
    The bad points,
    had to get up early to make sure of a place around the pool,
    the pool area could have been cleaner, again not enough staff,
    there were lots of family's with children that were left to run around and do what they liked.

    We stayed at Cala Ferrera Hotel, the food in my opinion was Appalling with little choice, unidentifiable.
    The rooms were Basic rooms - had to pay for TV.
    I feel they need to employ more staff.
