Bad Points: Many for me.
General comments: I am very disappointed with the Customer Service that I have recently received from Choice for you. The staff were very unhelpful in my opinion. I am expected to pay a huge amount due to an error of their doing which they will not rectify. I cannot believe that they wont sort out the mistake which has been caused by the customer services of their staff as far as I am concerned. When my current balance is clear I will never order from them again! Do not recommend choiceforyou.

I have never in my life come across such an unprofessional catalogue company as Choice For You!! Apparently they all work on different systems, so if you get the wrong call centre they can't help you, and the advisers are defensive when you ask why they can't help you!! They also have very rigid delivery slots (Monday to Friday 9 to 5, when most people are at work.

Goods go missing as with Kays. In fact Choice For You belong to Kays!
I have been with Choice For You for 6 months, and they are utter rubbish! If one payment is 1 day late you are fined £25.
Customer service is worse than Kays.

I placed an order with Choice for you, which was never delivered but has been charged to my account. Also without any asking I have been charged for Account Cover Plus.
I have made 5 phone calls to customer services and it has taken 5 months to sort it out. I'm very disappointed. So if you like to spend hours on the phone, be their customer!
