    Thought the Holiday Park Apartments in Santa Ponsa were good enough. Staff were friendly. Santa Ponsa was brill but some places were a rip off. Town is clean but can be noisy at the high season.

    Good hotel, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Close to the beach and all amenities. Lots of pubs and restaurants although we ate in one which was rancid, The Dubliner bar I think. Santa Ponsa is brill for a holiday, guaranteed sunshine and party all the way.

    the Holiday Park Apartments, Santa Ponsa, was alrite enjoyed our stay till we were going home.left our luggage with the receptionist who said the bags were very safe with her behind reception.went out for a quick meal to come back finding our luggage being stolen.lost all our clothes 'presents etc.reported it to the police who said it happens all the time.will never go back to the hoiliday park appartments again.also talking to another holiday maker she had something taken out of her handbag

    I have just returned from Holiday Park Apartments, Santa Ponsa a 14 night stay with my mom and my son at the well kept Holiday park and would recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday where you can either sit back and relax while you see the world go by, or take part in it.
We arrived mid afternoon and were allocated room 250 and were given a welcome drink with the option of a glass of wine, the Spanish Sangria or a soft drink. We did not expect the hotel to be so big and after searchi ...

    Santa Ponsa is a brilliant place to stay....so close to night life and beach but yet far enough away so it wasnt too noisy....right opposite the Rebel bar....which was amazing...really friendly and good food....the rooms were basic but had everything you needed in them... the pool was a good size and clean....alot of steps tho for families with young children...but overall a brilliant palce to stay and will defiently be going back...i was there with 3 friends and we were very happy in which way ...

    we booked the holiday park apartments on a self catering basis for our family of two adults and two children, the rooms although basic are very clean and the service is good, the reception staff were always very helpful especially the manager.
    the entertainment provided in the evenings was good for a family atmosphere.
    the only complaint is that a minority of the staying guests used bad language when young children were around which was sorted out by the manager and the occasional loud mouthed g ...

    we booked for our familiy of four two adults and two children on a self catering basis at the holiday park apartments, the rooms although basic are generally clean and the staff very helpful especially the reception staff who are always helpful.

    We booked directly via the website of the hotel because of the savings and early check in and late check out they offer for free. We stayed in santa ponsa holiday park with my husband and daughter and her boyfriend and it was a smart choice for us.     Having stayed at a few different hotels during our tour around Spain, have to say that Holiday Park Apartments, taking into account cost and location beat all the rest. The beach is a few mins. walk away, there are restaurants and bars very close by and plenty of shops to wander round too.
    The rooms are clean, roomy (especially compared to others we stayed in for a similar price) and have everything you need.

    This was our second visit to Santa Ponsa but our first visit to the Holiday Park and we were really glad that we chose this accommodation. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the bars, restaurants and to the beach. The room was fine, we were on the 2nd floor so had a nice view across the pool area.     We stayed at the Holiday Park Apartments in June with my husband and 3 children and we all had a fantastic time, so much so that we have already booked to go back next year! The rooms are GREAT and extra clean and of a fair size. We booked 2 rooms between 5 of us so had plenty of room but i imagine 4 in a room might be a squeeze.     The rooms are small, very basic. The cooker rings would not heat up enough to boil a kettle, we had to go to the pool bar every morning for our coffee. When we arrived our room had not been cleaned, when I complained to management they got really stroppy. We could't even sit on the balcony as the branches of a tree grew onto it and the chairs and table were filthy.     I stayed in Holiday Park Apartments 2nd-8th Aug 2008. The apartments were clean & basic.. we were 4 adults (2 couples) so the apartment perhaps was a little small but we knew at booking it was one bedroom so we didn't expect anymore. Towels were changed every other day and bed linen once per week. We were only one floor up but any further up expect a lot of steps to get to your apartment. The staff were friendly and polite.     My family and I went on holiday to this hotel in July and was very disappointed and would never return again!!
    Before going on holiday we had been on this site and read all the reviews and was very worried about what we had got ourselves in to...

    Can't wait to go back next year, love Santa Ponsa and the Holiday Park Apartments. I have enjoyed my holiday more each year. Don't be put off by those silly bad reviews, you can't beat this place.

    Bar staff were friendly but didn't find the management to be.
    We witnessed in our opinion absolutely no customer service. When my girlfriend and I arrived we were given in our opinion a disgracefully unkempt room that faced into a lane way and there was a very loud bar below us so we could not even go on to our balcony because of the noise and drunk teenagers whistling up at us from the bar.

    When we arrived we were charged way over what I consider the odds for an extra person. We paid this as we had it explained to us it was for the cleaning and for all the extra hassle of giving us extra sheets and towels. When we went to bed the sheets and towels were not there. The next morning we went to make a complaint.     We went for a friends birthday so there were 7 females which was automatically assumed were here for more than just the sun and sea! They didn't realise that we were all late twenties early thirties professionals, mainly primary school teachers and also one girl was 40yrs and 12 weeks pregnant so we weren't there for a wild time, more of a break and to get some sun.

    Very quiet and extremely clean, one bedroomed apartments just steps away from everything. We were 4 couples in our 30 's and we will all return in August because we loved it.
