General comments: We have just returned from a weeks stay we had a great relaxing holiday would go back to this hotel again. Close to all amenities good food very clean hotel staff very polite helpful.

All in all, we had a quiet relaxed holiday. The Park Hotel in Santa Ponsa is in an excellent location for less abled people. Quite sumptuous for the reported star rating.

Santa Ponsa Park Hotel's air-conditioning in the rooms very poor. Despite being set to max cooling, it rarely made much difference. Room too hot at night.
Unheated pool unusable despite weather 25-28C in Sept. The most people we saw in the pool was 3. The sea was much warmer.
Rooms have no views - design means very few overlook pool. Ours overlooked street and flats opposite.

Pionero/Santa Ponsa Park Hotel - The hotel is in a prime location just off the main street, it has excellent child/disabled access. The hotel and staff were very well presented and clean. The rooms were equipped with fridge, bathroom, air con and a balcony. The breakfast was a typical self serve buffet using Spanish brands. All 4 pools were clean and a lifeguard was on duty during the day, a snack bar and pool table were also present. Activities and entertainment were a daily event.
