    Good Points: The hotel is average and I am fifty years old and traveled with THOMPSON Holidays on a package holiday. The bed was too small because I am a BIG GUY Over 100 kilos and the bed did not fit two people. If you are less than 60 do not go to this hotel. They are all retired people and the weather very bad while we were there for a week.


    Bad Points: All older people. Weather was bad. Food average. Reception not helpful. Internet was not working. People not interested to help


    General comments: Not recommend the hotel unless you are retired and over 70. Please check the weather before you go there. The hotel have nothing to offer. I do not recommend the hotel for young people. Furniture is very old. Hotel claims is four star but in my opinion it is not even 2 star. There is nothing to see between October and May. It's winter season and all retired people and even the good restaurants are closed. Not recommended.

    This Hotel is the best hotel in Spain it is in a good accommodation the food is nice the people there are well friendly the rooms are clean and the price is excellent. They make you welcome. Best place in Palma Nova by far.

    Went Easter 2008 as a couple in our early fifties with teenage lads of 17 and 16 years of age. We thought the holiday was fine but the kids didn't. There was little for them to do, as most attractions only open in May and both the resort and hotel were devoid of younger people. The weather was also poor, although the hardy were around the outdoor pool in swimwear whilst others walked by in overcoats!. If you are over 50 you'll enjoy it ,just don't take the kids.

    Santa Lucia is the best hotel in SPAIN. Go there if you get the chance you will love it just like I did

    I recommend the Santa Lucia Hotel in Majorca for older people and the middle aged, as there are hardly any children there!

    I travel and stay in hotels often, Santa Lucia Hotel was the best so far. Could not fault it.
