    arrived back today 15.9.09, family with a two year old. The complex is so big and impersonal. the staff are unhelpful and would rather not speak to you. the food was poor quality mass produced rubbish.the lifts were in constant use overnight causing a lot of noise and were supposed to be turned off 0.30am to 7.30am, At the snack bars the food was cold and burgers were not cooked properly. the whole Jupiter Saturno Marte Complex gave the impression we were cattle packed in, the constant noise kept you awake all night,there were constant queues for drinks,children had to join the adult queues for drinks even for their ice creams. consequently you gave up and did not bother. We would return to Alcudia as we liked the area and the beach is lovely but nothing will entice us to return to this awful complex. the brochures should be more accurate with their descriptions and what is actually on offer. there was not alot for our granddaughter to enjoy other than the pool or all the rides available for £1.00 a go.

    we have just arrived back from jupiter hotel and we can safely say we will never return. we went through 3 rooms in 2 weeks, the 1st room we arrived in that we thought was going 2 b a family room as we have 2 young children there was not enough room 2 swing a cat in. it had broken tiles on the floor and the cot was full of dust and there was mould inside. the 2nd room all the draws 4 the clothes was boken so we had no where 2 put our clothes and the 3rd was a bit better but still small.u have 2 ...

    we stayed in the saturno hotel on this complex and i can honestley say it is one hell of a dump and would NEVER return.it is dirty scruffy and it smells in your rooms of sewerage.the toilets were blood stained in the reception for at least 6 of our 14 days.the rooms were tiny balconys not worth having,lifts were a disgrace if you could get one.the food was in edible and if you did not have a tatoo and shaven heads you felt out of place and that was for just the women.the food was half cooked and ...

    We stayed in Jupiter Saturno Marte Complex, Alcudia for what we can describe as 2 weeks of hell. Dirty rooms, children in mobs on landings, ignorant staff, queues 20 deep at the bars, people throwing glass bottles and childrens toys from the floors above. Meals not too good either. All in all our worst holiday ever. Thanks to the bars outside for giving us an escape route.

    We have been to the hotel jupiter twice once in 2004 and again in 2006 in 2005 we stayed in the marte,we are going again in 6 weeks time i would have been back before now but had a stroke and only just well enough to go back,this complex is great the food is great there is always something to do,it is also disabled friendly so i know i am going back and will not have to worry about getting about as i am in a wheelchair now,belive me you will enjoy this hotel i can't wait to go back

    We have just returned from a week in the Saturno. I cannot praise the hotel enough. The food was great for both adults and children and the entertainment was superb. Althought the rooms are basic and small, you do not spend all your holiday in your room. Pools are great and very children orientated.

    We went on an all inclusive base and although some times you had to queue you were always served in a polite and quick manner. This hotle is great for a family holiday and I would recommend this to ...

    the way first choice describe the Jupiter Saturno Marte Complex it sounded just what we wanted. We booked a family room and was horrified that it was just two rooms a joined with a sliding door. Can you imagine how i felt with two teenage sons whom cud just walk through to use the bathroom, which had a glass door offering you no privcy at all. The rooms had no sound proofing big gaps under the main door i cud here peoples conversations through the air vents, i thought they were in the same rooms ...

    After reading many negatvie reviews about the Jupiter Hotel, me and my family were apprehensive about going. We arrived in the hotel at about 7 in the morning, greeted by two elderly and miserable men, who vaugely pointed in the direction to our room. The room was tiny, two double beds, instead of a family room we had booked. We tried to make the most of it, but to be honest, it was very tacky and quite dirty.     booked Jupiter Saturno Marte Complex through barrhead travel , went with my husband and five year old grandson , had a great time food was very good a different theme every night spanish , italian , chinese , asian mexican etc .
    rooms very basic but cleaned every day, remember this is not the hilton.
    lots for kids to do but at a cost for some ,5 euros for 10 mins on the little powered jeeps , a small funfair ,crazy golf , playpark , tennis , kiddy rides 1 euro a shot , pool tables , amusement ...

    me and my family stayd at jupiter saturno marte complex and we had read loads of bad reviews, we got there and they gave us the wrong room, we had 2 double beds for me,my sis, mum and dad .. they didnt change it, they said it wasnt spanish law that me and my sis can share a bed so i ended up sleeping with my sister the whole 2 weeks, the cleaners dont change your sheets or towels unless you ask, the staff is ignorent, the hotel is full of germans, its too busy, the noise at night is absolutly ...

    Just got back from the Jupiter Saturno Marte Complex, Alcudia after a week there, myself ,husband,daughter (7) and son (5), great service from reps and hotel staff, have never stayed at such a clean hotel, clean rooms everyday with fresh towels if you want, communal areas clean except for the idiots who can't use bins, but staff were quick to pick these things up, 9 good pools, play area was ok , you did have to pay for some of the extra activities , but alot less than you would in town , entert ...

    Me and my family have just come back from a weeks holiday in Jupiter Saturno Marte Complex, Alcudia, june 09, and we all wish we were still there. We've just been and i can assure you its a really good holiday to go on. We all loved it! food was great, loads of choice for everyone, rooms were clean, pools were clean, whole place was clean. Yeah cups did get blown about if it was windy, but if you dont put them in the bins what can do you expect. Now looking into booking again for next year, gonn ...

    Just arrived back, Jupiter Saturno Marte Complex has lovely surroundings we went with are 12 year old son , we hardly saw him all week, the rooms are very cramped not much room to move and like other people have said it is the guest that make the mess, there are bins everywhere so there is no reason not to put your rubbish in the bins it just people being lazy, the pools are very noisy but there is a lovely quiet place buy the lake with sun beds so you will get space if you want it .

    i spent the month at Jupiter Saturno Marte Complex, and loved every second of free booze, ice cream and yummy food. The hotel staff were brilliant, how dare u people criticize them!! loved it, cant wait 2 cum back. The shower and taps were particularly strong, nothing like a massage after a hard day in the sun. loved it loved it loved it!!!

    went to Jupiter Saturno Marte Complex, Alcudia, in late june 2008 after reading the comments about hotel jupiter i wanted to cancel the 2 week holiday 2 days after booking it.
    changed it to 1 week and thought i could put up with for 1 week after reading all the bad comments.
    Boy did i get it wrong , my wife and 2 kids aged 14 and 5 really enjoyed themselves as did we ,food great ,service great but disapointed with rooms but we only slept there and for the cost of the holiday to this type of reso ...

    Had a briliant holiday at Jupiter Saturno Marte Complex and its got a really good distance from the beach. Really good entertainment for the chilldren and they even teach swimming. Water pressure in the taps and showers was poor.

    Great for the kids, coming back 1st May 09. We love it there, food good, great food for the kids which is very important. Very good, very clean. Bad points, none.

    Just returned from the hotel Jupiter the 16 to the 30th of September, 2 adults 2 kids. It's is the best place I have been to so far the food is great there are 7 pools. The rooms are kept very tidy very good staff all worked hard take no notice of all the other bad reviews they are just to fussy. Bingo everynight good money will be going back next year.
