Was really surprised at the standard of this hotel complex. Expected a butlins in the sun type arrangement, but it was much better than that. The hotel grounds were beautiful as was the food which was faultless. Recently returned from the Jupiter hotel at Club Mac. This is a large complex which gets very busy but you never feel overcrowded. They cope with the numbers really well and we were amazed at the quality of the food and standard of service they managed to achieve all things considered. It is a very fun and friendly place and is ideal for families with children of all ages. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss but other than that it was perfect. (read more)

Loved our 2 weeks staying at the Jupiter. This was a good value for money family hotel. It wasn't luxury, but then we didn't expect that. But it was clean, had good facilities, friendly staff and some of the best food we've experienced at an all-inclusive resort in Spain. Location is good and you are not too far from the resort centre and there is a shuttle bus that runs most of the day, but you can walk it in 15 minutes.

We had a memorable holiday at the Club Mac Jupiter. It was fun filled and relaxing at the same time. The hotel wasn't perfect I guess, but there was little wrong with it in truth. The food was great, as were the staff, and everywhere was very clean and the amenities good. Couldn't have asked for much more tbh. We had an excellent holiday and the Saturno turned out to be everything we hoped it would be. It was very clean, and unlike the comments from the last review our room was cleaned every day.
The food was excellent too, a really good choice and the themes nights meant there was lots of variety and so meal times didn't become boring. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss but we enjoyed it nonetheless.

Brilliant place. The most fun we have ever had on holiday. No issues at all with the hotel. It was clean had great facilities, friendly staff and the food was faultless. The entertainment may not be to everyones liking but the kids loved it and you are never going to please everyone. Some of the cabaret acts were well worth seeing such as the Chinese acrobats.

The previous review is utter nonsense! We never once queued for sunbeds. Sometimes they would run out at about 10.00am but within an hour or two there would be loads spare and they would all be stacked up and it would stay like that for the rest of the day. We never once queued for food either. Was this person at the same hotel complex? I would especially like to give a quick mention to the entertainment staff who work so hard to make everyones holiday really memorable. Had a truly memorable holiday staying in the Saturno at Club Mac. The food was just great, the staff were exceptionally friendly and hard working and the hotel was spotless with really nice grounds and public areas.
Our two children (aged 6 and 9) had a great time and made a lot of friends in the children's club which was very well run and we liked how it was separated from the mail complex which made it feel very safe and secure.

The resort was nice, we stayed in the Saturno Hotel and the first room they gave us had an unpleasant smell but we were moved straight away into another room which had everything that was needed for a weeks stay ina hotel. The Saturno at the Club Mac complex in Alcudia was everything we hoped for. The food was excellent, and the choice at all the meal times could not be faulted, especially at lunch time when usually the choice is not as broad but that certainly wasn't the case here.
We had a really nice room with a large balcony and the extra bedroom for the kids. It did cost quite a bit more but was worth it for the extra space. There was plenty happening on site, especially for the kids and the kids club...

A terrific complex that is just perfect for families with children of any age. We stayed at the Marte which was one of 3 hotels on site, although I think only two were open.
The hotel was clean and the facilities excellent, and there was no shortage of activities throughout the day and night to keep the kids entertained.
The food was good, nothing spectacular but perfectly acceptable - good variety and we enjoyed the themed nights (some excellent fish dishes by the way).

A thoroughly enjoyable week away on the beautiful island of Mallorca. The Hotel Marte wasn't perfect but it was clean and had everything we needed. The food was excellent, and this was the thing that concerned us most before we travelled, with excellent variety and choice.
Rooms were basic but clean and the hotel grounds were kept in excellent condition. The staff were very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome during our entire stay.

We have stayed at a number of all-inclusive resorts on the Spanish mainland with mixed results. This was the first time in Majorca and we were not disappointed. Hotels like this will never be perfect, you just hope it is clean and the food is good. We needn't have worried about any of these things. Most of the negative comments I read before going I didn't recognise, especially those who complained about the food because I can only speak from experience, and I thought the food was fine. There was plenty of choice and it was always hot and replenished quickly.
Spent most of the time lounging around the pool as this was very much a lazy, re-charge the battery holiday, and I found the pool areas to be very pleasant and the pool water was clean...

At the Club Mac Jupiter I actually think you get more than you pay for because when we consider what we have just paid for our week away and measure it against the level of service and quality of the food then I think we had a bargain. We have been to the Club Mac Jupiter 3 times now, the last time was in September of 2009. This is the perfect place for families with children. The facilities are first class, the staff are friendly and helpful and the food is very good too.
I can't believe some of the reviews that say the complex is dirty. Our room has always been spotless and the grounds are well kept and the pools well maintained.

I have been to the club mac this year and last year. Myself and husband and our 3 children. From what I can see the staff work extremely hard from morning until night, constantly cleaning and looking after guests. We have just come back from a weeks holiday, this time at the Saturno. We were as impressed as the last time. The family room was clean and looked as though it had been recently refurbished. The food is of an excellent quality and they cater for all tastes, unless you are extremely picky I cannot see what there would be to complain about. The only thing that lets it down is the behaviour of some of fellow Brits I'm afraid to say. For value for money, considering how much it would cost a family to eat out self catering, it represents excellent value and perhaps those who don't appreciate that should stay at home.

Dirty rooms, children in mobs on landings, ignorant staff, queues 20 deep at the bars, people throwing glass bottles and childrens toys from the floors above. Meals not too good either. We have just returned from a week in the Saturno. I cannot praise the hotel enough. The food was great for both adults and children and the entertainment was superb. Althought the rooms are basic and small, you do not spend all your holiday in your room. Pools are great and very children orientated.
We went on an all inclusive base and although some times you had to queue you were always served in a polite and quick manner. This hotle is great for a family holiday and I would recommend this...

There were large queues for drinks and lifts sometimes waiting 15 mins for a lift to get to our room after a day by the pool.
