    Excellent location. This hotel was fantastic for everyone, I could not say one bad thing about it. It was great!

    Overall I thought this hotel was fantastic and made my holiday very enjoyable, it has something for everyone and lots to do all day and night into the early hours. All staff were friendly, polite and very helpful at all times and I would recommend this hotel resort to anyone who wants a fantastic family holiday that you'll never want to forget.

    Alcudia Pins is an excellent and clean facility. It has the beach at your doorstep and it provides a great family holiday package in a safe environment. It is also close to Acludia town and can-picfort which are only 10 an 5 mins away by taxi.
    I do recommend this facility and give it 10/10.

    I had read the reviews of the Pins Hotel before we left and found some of them a bit off putting, but on arrival I was surprised the reception was very clean and tidy, reception staff where very polite and helpful, Cleaners came in every other day to change the beds. At first we had a little problem with ants but the problem was sorted after a couple of days, Pool was very impressive with a lifeguard on site everyday, lots of sun beds for all you sun worshipers cleaned everyday.     I liked the sea it was beautiful and the food was great. The entertainment at the Alcudia Pins Hotel wasn't so good but apart from that it was great. Overall a brilliant place

    The resort was first class, as well as the hotel. It's a place to come to have fun and relax.

    Book excursions through the hotel not the rep. I paid for me & my two kids to go one day to the big market and another day Marineland and saved about 25 quid compared to what I would have paid with My Travel.

    Visit the port of Alcudia which is lovely. You can get the bus but it's better to get the boat that goes from outside the hotel.

    We booked our excursions through the Alcudia Pins Hotel reception, who were very helpful and they used a local tour company based in the resort called No Frills Excursions. They were miles cheaper than the reps. We went to Marineland and Aqualand. We spent longer time than in the parks than the Airtours trip did too!

    A visit to the port is a must. Very pleasant, especially on an evening. Same with the old town. You can get the local bus just outside the hotel on the main road.

    The Pins Hotel in Alcudia was really great! The pool areas were fantastic, and on the white sandy beach. Meals were very good, with lots of choice and friendly helpful staff. Entertainment was nightly, and it varied to suit all ages. Day time entertainers for children were good with lots of activities for all age groups. Lots of sun loungers around the pool and a life guard on duty. It was safe and the depth of the pool varied with a great water slide.

    On the whole Alcudia and Pins Hotel was a lovely holiday. Kids enjoyed themselves a great deal. Staff was really helpful, reception was extremely helpful.
    Plenty to do outside of the resort, evening entertainment was wonderful and the team did a fantastic job to entertain. Went self-catering which was better as had heard that the restaurant was often busy with not much food left(didn't fancy my chances with that, especially with children).
