Good Points: Stunning colours. Vast array of fireworks to choose from. Be the envy of your neighbours.
Bad Points: Dangerous in the wrong hands, and loud bangs through-out the year. Every animals worst nightmare. Expensive. Pollution.
General comments: Fireworks or Pyrotechnics as they're also known, find their origins in China, and they have been around for over 2000 years. They were intended to frighten evil spirits. They were made by pyrotechnicians (fire-masters), who were well respected for their knowledge and understanding of creating loud noise and stunning visual creations.
In more recent times, fireworks are used in celebration of important events like weddings, birthdays, Christmas, New Years Eve and on bonfire night, when Guy Fawkes and his fellow conspirators attempted to blow up parliament in 1605.
I personally find fireworks an annoyance, very dangerous and a complete waste of money. I must add that any person who owns a dog or a cat would also argue that their pets are frightened stiff when they hear the loud repetitive bangs, screams and screeches that these noise makers omit. Fireworks also produce smoke and dust that contain heavy metals like sulphur coal compounds and other toxic chemicals.
I expect to hear fireworks on bonfire night and New Years Eve, but these days they seem to be available all year round, and they seem to be let off just for the fun of it, with no regard at all for safety or your neighbours pets. They seem to be readily available to children, who find it funny to point them at each other and members of the public, until tragedy strikes (which inevitably always does) and some poor soul has lost an eye, a finger or even their life. Some idiots even find it amusing to put fireworks in somebodies letter box, which defies belief.
I'm not totally against fireworks. I think viewing them from the relative safety of a licenced firework display is fine, and should be enjoyed, but for me, the sale of fireworks to the general public should be banned. I know there are people out there who do like pyrotechnics and do use them responsibly, but how many more "accidents" must happen before we adopt the same approach as in the Republic of Ireland, where fireworks are totally banned from public sale. There is a 10,000 Euro fine for possessing them, or a 5 year jail sentence. Of course, fireworks are smuggled over to Ireland, but only a fool would use something which is illegal, creates a loud noise and a visual display that lights up the night sky, telling the authorities exactly where they are.

Like some of the other guys, I love fireworks! My interest in them began at a very early age, despite being badly injured by a sparkler at the tender age of four. I have basically grown up with fireworks. Chucking bangers, letting of air bombs, and to this day I remain an enthusiastic advocate of the rocket. I don't just buy fireworks for Bonfire night either. Cube Fireworks are great for all your firework needs. They are really good all-rounders who won't disappoint, and they are fab for all ma ...

Like most blokes I love fireworks, A year ago myself and a friend (fellow firework lover) decied to start a firework reseller business. One of our main problems was deciding on a manufacturer. After seeing most products available on the market we decied to stick with Cube fireworks as we considered them to be the best against other manufacturers.
If you love BIG high quality fireworks, then you should definatley look at Cube products which as it happens can be bought through my our site !

Cube Fireworks - You really have to try them, I have tried Black Cat and all the rest, they were fine, but I don't want fine....
I WANT BESERK!!!!
That is exactly what these fireworks are; a tip though, if you have money to spend on a lot of fireworks don't buy the high end selction packs, by a low-end like Ice for around £40 and then spend the rest on the type of firework that I like to call "an earthquake in a BOX"!!
Look at The Power Station 3 (top end round about £90-&po ...
