    Good Points: No Good points Laptop Delivered Faulty.

    Customer service worst of its kind.


    General comments: I purchased the Acer TravelMate 8000 LMi Centrino and found that the customer service offered by the company is the worst of its kind.
    Keeps on hold for hours at a stretch and cuts the calls without even answering.
    No reply to your emails. I made a mistake by sending the product for service. It is almost month and I have no news of my machine. I am getting loss on my work front. My studies are going behind. Please! A request nobody should buy any product from acer.

    Acer Travelmate 8000LMi bought and received a day late from Technoworld but they refunded shipping costs. However Acer customer service is non existent, they do not answer emails and do not answer the telephone. They keep you on hold for ages at 10p per minute which they make a profit from, then don't even answer the call, even after 1 hour which cost me £6 which is a total rip off. If I were you I would not buy any Acer product no matter how good it is, the back up and support is just not ...
