I ordered a water cooled pc, and after arriving a few days late, it all seemed ok. 3 weeks later the PC started rebooting randomly, and ultimately woldn't POST. I took the PC apart and found water had leaked onto the top of the CPU and down below in the CPU socket. The water tube on top of the CPU wasn't flush to the heatsink, and it was clear from my examination that the PC had been put together by an amateur.
After speaking to the technical support team, I was left laughing at their incompetence. This company should employ people who know how to build computers, or cease trading.

Its usually customers who have bad experiences who bother to write reviews...probably to get their own back on suppliers and to vent their anger at injustice and stuff. Satisfied customers rarely bother as they are happy with their purchase and dont feel the need to say anything about it.
I found Cyberpower through a recomendation in Computeractive magazine and as I was in the market for a new one I decided to check it out.
I found the site very easy to navigate and got to the info I needed qui ...- Read android125's review (205 words)

Item arrived 3 days late with incorrect specification. Terrible customer service - steer clear.

I spent quite a bit of time looking at various gaming pc companies and while some were marginally cheaper, I always came back to Cyber Power System.
Their website offered far more customisation than pretty any other company. The quality of the components they were using was very high and the flexibility was enormous. I could have built the pc myself as I knew what I wanted but I wanted a perfect job and thats what I got!
The quality of the service could not be faulted. I did have an issue wit ...- Read Guest's review (190 words)

I had no problems with Cyber Power UK.
The website was easy to use and after a few minuts I had selected the compoments for my new system.
Pricing is very competetive. The only place I found that offered cheaper pricing had a very small selecton of cases and did not offer the ability to have the system overclocked.
A few components I has chosen were not available from stock, or not compatible with the hardware I had chosen so they were upgraded free of charge.
Overall I'm very happy, my ne ...- Read Guest's review (101 words)

Purchased a system online from Cyberpower via their Configurator which allows the prospective buyer to select compatible components to custom build your PC.
What they fail to mention is Cyberpower sees this customisation as an upgrade even though they build the pc in which case the three years warranty is reduced to one year on the expensive parts of the PC.
I would be reluctant to buy from them again a very expensive experience.- Read Xaviour's review (148 words)

Might be ok at knocking together standard set-ups, but in my case, order anything exotic and they will be reaching for the Dremel before you can say "Wish I'd gone to Alienware"
Im giving them a rather generous 2/10 for the smooth return process. Well, practice does make perfect!- Read Guest's review (230 words)

I have never dealt with a company as efficient and as professional as this one, CyberPower really know what customer service is all about. It is great to see that this company has won many awards and they deserve every single one, I cannot think of one negative feeling about this company as they have impressed me from picking what parts I need to getting the machine itself.
I had a bit of difficulty choosing a supreme system to fit my budget but after getting expert advice in the forums it was ...- Read Guest's review (309 words)

I ordered a pc from Cyberpower just over year ago, it arrived with the hard drive totally loose and the dvd drive also loose, both rattling and laying on top of the motherboard. I sent it back, it came back in one piece. After a month it started to crash, i phoned them, they sent me a replacement graphic card, the replacement started to crash 2 weeks after that, I sent the whole thing back for the second time, I had to pay for the delivery, customer service insisted i must, when it came back it ...- Read Guest's review (262 words)

After reading reviews in PC advisor I took the leap an went for a Gamer Ultra SLI 950.I have to say looking at some reviews online after my order I became very nervous. However as i use the net to complain it is only fair that i do so to say what a good machine I have got.Cyberpower delivered the machine as promised on the day I expected and called me 1 day before to confirm delivery.Upon arrival I noted that the packing was food and the machine was well protected inside and out.Every thing work ...- Read wperrett's review (149 words)

I bought an AMD 3800 with 1GB RAM and a Gefore 7600 GT from CyberPower. A few weeks after I bought this, I saw all the bad reviews and was very worried. The computer arrived on the last estimated delivery date, but still on time, and was packaged nicely, having no problems or broken bits. I am writing this a week later with no faults to record other than the Logitech speakers I ordered with my system give out a whine, but I think that is fault of the speakers, not CyberPower.- Read aliali8's review (96 words)

I have never had such a terrible experience with a single company as I have with CyberPower. The system I ordered was dead on arrival. I worked closely with technical support and waited for a new hard drive to come. When it arrived I had recurrent system errors and crashes. I wrote a complaint to customer service, and I never heard from them or any kind of supervisor, even at my request. I returned the system for repairs at CyberPower's suggestion. The system came back, but the tower case was ...- Read shlbwoo's review (282 words)

I got my CyberPower PC in 2000. It was DOA, and I sent it back 3 times. Bad HD, and the fan was cheap. I replaced the HD and fan at my expense. Each time I sent my PC back, it was returned in a worst condition that what it was before I sent it. In reading these reviews in 2006, I see they are still poor machines. I learned my lesson, and I will never buy another CyberPower PC. They are cyber headaches.- Read deltadeb's review (94 words)

I received my computer from CyberPower late. The modem didn't work, and it took 10 days to get new one. Customer service were unable to help. The computer wouldn't allow programs to load, so I tried to get more help but had no luck. The mouse plug is inoperable. The front cover pulls off when you remove a USB cable (very cheap quality). I tried to send it back to get a refund, but CyberPower wouldn't take it back, because they said it was past the 30 day warranty.- Read jeff80's review (104 words)

Please do yourself a favor and buy from any other company than Cyber Power. I received the computer several weeks late, and then it didn't even work out of the box (they didn't install a driver for the keyboard they sent me). After getting the machine to let me log in, there were a myriad of bugs to be fixed with the operating system. The company also failed to send me an antenna for my internal wireless card, thus making it useless. After three months, they still can't stop my machine from l ...- Read dealyllama's review (232 words)

I ordered my computer from CyberPower on January 24th. Estimated ship date was February 7th. The ship date came and went, and when I called they told me they were a week behind. I would not have known that unless I called, because they do not update their website after the initial purchase, even if you call and ask them to. They told me the new ship date would be the following Monday. I emailed sales support, and I am patiently awaiting a reply... I'll keep you updated.- Read petetownshend's review (111 words)

Well, I had several disappointments dealing with Cyber Power System...
START WITH MY BIG MISTAKE... ordering a system from some funky website.
I myself am a small business owner. I was trying to fill up my office space with their exotic computers. Their computers do look good. I love the choice of cases they have. But I totally forgot my moms words - looks can be deceiving!- Read fallshaw's review (83 words)

We purchased a computer from Cyber Power. It was delivered a couple of days before Christmas, after waiting 3+ weeks. It was DOA. Contacted customer support who wanted the unit returned and said they would expediate. Shipping to them was ground and took 4 days. They are going to put on bench to test. ETA is 2 weeks to get it on the bench. Then 4 days to ship back.
They won't do a cross ship or a cancelled order.
I would recommend everyone stay away from this company. They are hor ...- Read pete5544's review (102 words)

Best Company to buy a built system
I bought a Cyberpower over a year ago and its been a good enough computer. Nothing fancy, ... Unfortuantely, the local computer shops where I live charge between $200-$500 to assemble a computer.
