    Oldsmobile Alero 3.4L V6 GL is a very good car for the dollar value. I think the alero has been given a raw deal.So far my alero has been very reliable and a real fun car to drive.Plus very good gas milage.It is loaded with every option except heated seats.

    My Oldsmobile Alero 3.4L V6 GL Sedan has been a slight headache, but worth a couple of Aspirin.

    This Oldsmobile Alero 3.4L V6 GL Sedan has had some major components replaced at low mileage. My list of replacements includes:
    Brake caliper at 19,824 miles.
    Lower intake manifold gaskets at 24,878.
    Power steering hose at 24,980.
    Wheel speed sensor, lower control arms, and HEAD GASKET at 28,754.
    Fuel tank cap, front stabilizer shaft, insulator, and bracket at 33,451.
    Upper and lower intake gaskets and brake pads at 40,903.
