“Rip off merchants”

I believe they will tell you you need work doing that doesn't actually need doing. I feel like they apply pressure anyone they think they can take advantage of to generate work for themselves. I was offered no other options except extremely overpriced tyres and parts. I will never go there again and would recommend everyone stay away… Read Full Review

“Wheel allignment and balancing”

Went to Carmarthen and called into ATS for them to check my tyre pressure and was advised that my wheel alignment was out and I had excessive wear on the out rim of the tyres so being safety conscious I had two Pirelli fitted on the front and balanced and wheel alignment checks. On the way home to Pembroke the judder was excessive and obvious that the wheel balancing was out, I took it to the Pembroke branch who rectified it without hesitation and confirmed that whoever balanced the wheels… Read Full Review

“Avoided for years, glad I went back”

A few years ago I had a truly shocking experience at a ATS centre when they hammered balancing weights onto a brand new set of alloys and caused £200 of damage and refused to accept liability. Since then I have avoided, preferring to use my local main dealer for tyres/brakes. Few weeks ago, I hit a pothole hard enough to split my tyre. “No Time ”

As Disabled driver I went to ATS Swansea and asked for a tyre pressure check to be told sorry cant do that for at least a hour and a half we too busy so will never use them again even though I was going to ask for a price on front tyres which I will be changing in the next few month… Read Full Review

“Waste of time go somewhere else”

Went to the Kidderminster branch and they were useless.on arrival asked if they could have a look at the tyre as I had a puncture told to wait and forty minutes later they finally had a look and said they didn't have that size and to come back next week. Went down the road to national tyres and ended up with four new tyres fitted within the hour. Brilliant customer service here… Read Full Review

“Fantastic service and very good value for money”

I had to visit the Redditch branch of ATS today as my exhaust pipe had fallen off and needed replacing. I felt stressed as I am from Birmingham and was on my own with 2 children,not only did the guy who served me get me the part from another branch straight away but he fitted it in record time so I didn't have to wait too long. “time wasting amateurs.”

Took my vehicle to ats Port Talbot for a pre arranged brake inspection due to screeching back brakes. After 20 minutes the fitter called me to the bay and said he could not remove the wheel nuts and to take it somewhere else with an industrial wheel gun ! Also, he could not find any info regarding the brake set up on my vehicle which far from being something exotic is a London Cab and is the oldest manufacturer of British vehicles to date. “Lack of care and consistency”

Went to Huyton branch for a tyre check as the offside rear tyre was showing low pressure on car's pressure warning system. Branch found 2 screws in the tyre and repaired the tyre by plugging it. One day later the tyre pressure warning system showed a pressure loss against the same tyre. I returned to Huyton branch and was informed that the tyre should have been replaced as the puncture was too close to the tyre shoulder. Took my Wife's 2009 Fiesta to The Eastleigh branch last Thursday for a booked Service and Mot 10am received a call at 2pm saying there is a big problem with your brakes, we think the Master cylinder may be faulty.We were told to take it to Hendy Ford we had asked them to check the rear drum brakes when carrying out the service.We booked the car in to Autotune Service and Mot centre in Hedge End the next day, on arrival the Engine Management light came on my Wife explained all to them, lunch… Read Full Review

“RIP OFF MERCHANTS”

I took my car into ATS Bury, to have my rear brakes looked at, as there was a grinding noise coming from the rear right hand side of my vehicle and would they fix a puncture for me on the rear left hand side tyre. I asked for the garage to ring me to let me know after diagnosis, how much this would cost me to have this fault remedied. I have a Fiat Panda Dynamic, which decided one day that it didn't want to reverse anymore. The car would go into gear but when trying to reverse the rear of the car would rise and stay put. It would go forwards after sticking a bit but any attempt to reverse failed. I had my MOT done at a the Huntingdon ATS and it was a great experience! The young man who did my MOT was very polite! Such a pleasure! He explained everything to me in a very helpful way! “Dreadful Company”

Fitted two incorrect front tyres at Cwmbran depot. Different make to what had been ordered and paid for. Initially on the phone tried to deny tyres fitted were incorrect, and this resulted in the inconvenience of travelling back to the depot to prove them wrong, which I did. Took a week for them to order the correct tyres which they fitted without so much as an apology for the inconeveince they had caused.
