i wouldnt advise anybody go to ats had an oil filer and oil change and they talked me into a tyre change and they said other garages where rubbish an they would undercut there quotes ...as they checked my car they said my breakes where worn which was impossible as they was changed the week b4 which was strange and mycar was in there garage for 1hr 30 min was kept waiting and as i drove off my car felt strange to drive ive since found out they turned my revs down and messed with my breaks so all need to be rectified at another garage costing me more money i think they hoped i would go bk there never again.

The staff made no effort to speak to customers waiting to see if they needed help or just information. I was kept waiting for 30 minutes before anyone spoke to me, with no apology for the delay. One member of staff was unprofessional in the way he critisized his manager who was not present.

Just had two new quality tyres fitted to my one year old BMW by ATS Euromaster, set off on long road trip all dressed up for a big meeting, my dash board shows a tyre is dangerously deflated, the pressure gauge shows values as 25, 30 on the rears and 35 and 35 on the fronts, the fronts are meant to have less pressure. Spend ages sorting it out and putting pressure on my day. This is very dangerous, and very inconvenient.

took my tyre in to ATS Euromaster for a repair (nail in the middle of tyre), a member of staff started to remove the tyre, but then what looked like the manager went round the back to talk to him and came back saying it had been run flat (it hadn't) and I would need a new tyre looking at the computer for what they 'had in stock' without even consulting me, I said no, I just wanted a repair but he said it could not be done. I took the tyre to another company who did it straight away for £1 ...

ATS Euromaster did oil/filter change on my car. Took it to have it serviced at VW garage some time later and they said the oil sump nut had been crossed threaded or overtightened.
Result was a slow oil leak, £400 repair bill for a new sump pan ect, also ATS had used two washers on the bolt to try and patch it up but obviosously said nothing to me at the time

Had a puncture. Breakdown man said the tyre could possibly be repaired. went to ats. The mechanic was very offhand, removed the tyre and immediately said unrepairable. Got the strong impression that he was being untruthful. I was told to come back once the new tyres had been ordered. Went to a competitor instead where the service was very good.

I replaced my strut on my car due to wheel bearing going. At the same time I changed the steering rack ball joint. This then made my car go sideways up the road. So knowing that the tracking was out I decided to try ATS. Oh how I wish I didn't. I walked in and the mechanic asked me if he could help so I explained what was wrong and he said no problem have a seat in the reception while I take a look at it. 10 minutes pass and he comes in saying the cars now done that will be £29. I didn't k ...

Called in ATS Euromaster for a puncture and had two tyres replaced. Technician was smart, professional and courteous. Price was not the best around but the service was the best I can remember receiving. I was told about a ten point check but felt this was an attempt to sell me more.
