    The things I liked was the area for the kids at night and the moment you just step into the hotel it is like a palace. I think this hotel is a good environment. Bad point, the life guard said that you could not play ball in shallow and no big or medium rings.

    Overall, a lovely stay and cannot think of anything bad to say about it. Very nice and would go again.

    We have just returned from this hotel, and we wouldn't stay there again.

    Drink prices were extortionate! 2 Vodka and Cokes cost 12 Euros 40 cents. Happy hour for drinks if needed was at 4:00pm until 5:00pm, but not in the pool area - only in the cocktail bar.

    German guests were all inclusive. Why? I still do not know.

    I have stayed at many hotels in Tenerife and I have never had any complaints, but I wouldn't return to the Princess Hotel in Playa De Las Americas. ...

    I really enjoyed my stay at The Princess Hotel in Tenerife! I'd definitely go there again. The waiting staff are absolutely amazing, and they are so on the ball. They fly round! The food is a 10! I've never tasted anything so amazing in my entire life. The pool area is very friendly, but be sure to get the sunbeds early! Good prices on drinks, and there is a nice view from balconies!

    Overall, '10' from me!

    First I thought I was being a bit of a Victor Meldrew but I have stayed in 4-5 star hotels all over but really disappointed with the Tenerife Princess Hotel I feel Thomson are misleading people when they say this hotel is of a 4 star Platinham standard. This is 3 star plus at a push. At first the entrance/reception is impressive then when you look a little closer the true colours show through. The reception staff are quite rude at times & hardly seem to smile or assist you if it takes more than ...

    We wanted no worries about the accommodation on our holiday to Playa de las Americas in Tenerife, so we booked into a "platinum" hotel (The Tenerife Princess), and paid for such a holiday. Sadly on arrival this isn't what we got. There was mould on the corridor walls, tired and shabby surroundings, the edging on furniture was missing showing the chip board, and to have any sort of view from the balcony you had to climb on a platform to see over the wall.

    Very good holiday, would reconmend Tenerife Princess Hotel to anyone. Clean, pleasnt staff, brilliant entertaiment. fantastic location - all in all a wonderful holiday

    Tenerife Princess Hotel is Just perfect. The best holiday I have ever had. The Thomson reps were fab and did all they could to help.
    I've had many holidays but this one has to be the one I will always remember.

    Tenerife Princess Hotel should definitely be downgraded to a 3 star, it is no way a 4. The room temperature is unbearable. ok the pool area is nice but after a couple of nights you'll want to sleep in it. the food is average. .it seems a lot of cash for 14 sweaty nights.
