Just upgraded from springer and after spending weeks of reading reviews and testing PCP guns I decided to spend the extra cash and get what I feel was the best all rounder. The HW100 KT FSB is even better than I expected, just zero'd sights in today and wow I love it, I was on verge of getting the theoben MK2, but the HW100 just felt better in my opinion. So glad I got the thumbhole version too, fits like a glove... I purchased diving bottle then struggled to find anywhere to fill the... (read more)

I own 3 pcp rifles a Daystate Air Ranger fac, an Air Arms 510 sl karbine and of course the Weihrauch 100 sk all in .22 plus a new Cz 17 HMR. I think the WEIHRAUCH HAS EASILY THE BEST All ROUND BUILD QUALITY. Followed closely by AA All these guns are very good but the hw100 has the smoothest action and the magazine has never jammed. It is also relentlessly accurate Like the man said simply the best. Bought a HW100 SK in .177 recently (second-hand), to complete my PCP collection, along with a new Daystate Huntsman carbine, also in .177. I thought the HM was accurate, but the Weihrauch tops it for consistency over the chrono with the same 15fps spread over 70 shots as the HM has over 60. This was all with unweighed pellets (H&N FTT 4.50 8.6gn) and I think the variation is weight, rather than a power curve ... it's pretty darned flat until it drops off right at the end. It really isn't as... (read more)

I have chopped in my Enigma deluxe PCP which was excellent towards a HW100SK. July 11 model. Tried the usual pellets, some not as accurate as my old gun..........very dissapointed. Went to shop (owner has one), bit of advice, Bisley Mags, heavy 4.52 size very accurate (6mm targets constant strike at 35yds), seems like the 4.5 not very good. ie Daystate Li c**p, Mosquito, not very good. Also buy a bi-pod. You will be amazed at the difference. Sad, many a good gun sold in error thinking they... (read more)

Difficult to see how you could have problems with loading and cocking as the lever action is the only one I've seen that dioesn't allow double breeching of pellets - insert magazine, open/close lever, pull trigger. Tricky that.
Don't think most of the reviews are written by Weihrauch, probably just by people that can operate simple mechanisms...how are you with doors?

i agree about hull cartridge writing reviews on here. I wrote a report on the hw57 and some-one commented on how it could be the user and not the gun, but after trying it with several different people and the results came out the same. Very low powered and pellets flying all over the place. It also was sent back but for me it came back firing over 12 ft/lb and up to 13.2 on my chrono and the grouping is much improved.
Well done for speaking out. I wonder how many passwords Weihrauch have. lol

Well what an airgun it has cemented its name in airgunning folklore as being one of the best if not the best multishot PCP's ever made!
The 14 shot magazine is easily indexed using the side lever bolt. You literally can cock 14 times and each pellet will land exactly where the previous one landed.

Taking a shot at a rabbit over 35m is irresponsible, and at 103m is downright stupid, it was a lucky shot, what if you had hit the rabbit in the body, then you would brag you hit any way, but the rabbit would have had to crawl away to die slowly.

With an old RWS Excalibre wich was leaking and underpowered because of that i always got rabbits on 45-55 yards , at least. I dont know guys, why you will need the latest technology to be able to hunt?
I sold the RWS and now i am waiting for a WEIHRAUCH 100S FSB , ordered 2 month ago from Hull Cartridge . I am pretty sure i will be able to hunt until 80 yards with this rifle without to need a FAC.
A bit heavy? Guys , this is a MAN rifle one of the best in this category, it must to be a bit heavy !!! I am not gonna use any silencer because the bull barrel which some of the reviewers said it is not so quiet . WELL , let say to give a chance to this animals and dont look only for the latest technology and equipment. Be a hunter !! And will be more challenging aswell !!!

I've just bought a brand new HW10KT .177 & haven't really given it a thorough test as yet, but so far it is excellent. I also have a BSA R10 .177 which is nearly 2yrs old, & is as accurate, & as consistent as anything out there. So far, when I go hunting, I reach for the R10, but maybe that's because I'm used to it. In my opinion, both cracking rifles.
