Good Points: Average website.
Bad Points: Customer Service is abysmal!!
General comments: If you decide to buy anything from this company be very very wary, especially when it concerns when your order will be delivered!! Needed a DYSON urgently, purchased one from this company on the Wednesday with SPECIFIC instructions that I wanted it delivered on Friday the same week, received a call within the hour confirming that my delivery instructions would be met!! Guess what, waited in all day, cancelling arrangements that I had already made and it NEVER turned up!! When chasing them I was informed that it was NOT scheduled to be delivered until the following Tuesday!!

The DVD/VCR Combo broke down, they collected it on 5 October and I am still waiting for it to be fixed. On two occasions I was told that the item had been repaired and would be delivered the next day. It never happened.My mother who is 76, bought this appliance. She's been given the runaround by a sales/service team that, in my opinion haven't a clue. You'd better hope that your appliance doesn't break down or I think that you'll be without it for about seven weeks.

After not hearing from Electrichop.com a week later I emailed to chase my order. I was then informed that the £179.99 I had agreed to pay for a Tumble Dryer was not the correct price, and I was required to pay £209.99. Even though I had received confirmation of my order they would not honour the quoted prices, and as such, nearly 2 weeks later, I am having to place an order elsewhere for my much needed tumble dryer!!!

Electric Shop didn't contact us within 4-7 days as specified. I had to contact them after 10 days to find out where my paid for microwave was. They said it was on the way, they then phoned to say it wasn't in stock and as I had paid for it I would have to order another branded item. Awful service.

www.electricshop.com is a wonderful shop. Great prices and easy to order. Very quick delivery within a couple of days and great communication. I was kept well informed at all times and the item arrived exactly when they said it would. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!
