Good Points: Light weight, small, compact, water proof, batteries last long time
Bad Points: Very poor light output, the bluish led light makes it harder to see, it barley was able to light an area up well enough for me to set up my tent, Very high price, 40 dollars, and shipping
General comments: This lantern sounds good but is far from it, I paid around 50 dollars total, and was so disappointed, I paid the shipping to send it back, it cost me 20 dollars to ship total, that's half the value, but I just could not stomach keeping it.
I thought it would be the best of the best, but it was the worst lantern I've seen, my friends 10 year old fluorescent lantern lights up an area better than this,
The batteries were new by the way.
My advice, get a good gas/propane lantern or a nice Colman fluorescent, this unit is not barley worth 1/2 the price it's going for
hope I was helpful
