    Good Points: Light
    battery lasts long
    very good sound
    remote control
better than my sony minidisc player

Bad Points: I wish i'd bought it 6 months ago

General comments: I'm not going to go through all of the features on the Panasonic SLSX425S player. see....http://www.panasonic.co.uk/personal-cd/slsx425s/index.htm for this. What i will say though is that i was reluctant to buy this player at first since i've got a minidisc recorder but i don't regret it now. The sound quality is very impressive even when playing in mp3 and wma.

I chose this player over the other similar ones because it plays wma (windows media audio) and so i can easily convert cd's in wma using windows media player and then copy them onto a cd. I have managed to copy 13 albumns (yes 13!) onto one cd and even then it wasn't even full.

The player is light and small, being not much bigger than a cd itself. The remote control controls the play, ff, rew, stop, volume and equaliser settings and is easy to use. Both the player and remote have a hold switch which stops buttons being pressed accidentally.

The equalizer settings are actually very good and include a 'live' setting which sounds very realistic.

All in all a very good cd player which i don't regret buying at all
