A place where people think that the more they pay, the better the results. I get better results from battered dumbells and a steep hill at the local golf course.

Upscale modern gym in three-level building right in the centre of town. Good range of weight machines and free weights; lots of classes; smallish swimming pool; various other facilities. Pricey, for sure - if you are considering joining then you either have a corporate deal or are feeling flush. Or perhaps you'll just be very keen to get fit and get your money's worth! The gym is certainly at capacity on weekday evenings, but then only for a couple of hours; varying your visiting times is a dist ...

Don't expect to be in a luxury gym as the price !!! dirty and staff doesn't help you with the work.. It has a sauna, steamroon and some other new machines but there are too many bad points to be able to recommend The Third Space gym, Soho

All the good yoga and pilates teachers and instructors are long gone, the standard has dropped tremendously.

First, to be fair, i am not a member of Third Space and have only paid one visit as a guest of a member. I am a member of Holmes Place.
First Impressions: Tatty and in need of some attention. The food / deli area was dirty and cramped and was like something akin to a railway fast food joint. Reception staff pleasant enough. Layout of the space is cramped and confusing with bad signage. Tiny stairways where you have to wait for whoever is going the opposite way to you to finish first. Changing r ...

If it wasn't for the staff, The Third Space would be a great gym. From receptionists to personal trainers, they are quite rude. They don't talk to you if you're straggling with a machine, don't help you and it's quite obvious they only do that for the money, not because they have a passion. Only a few of the staff are genuinely nice, but the rest need to be more down to earth and no attitude.
Shame for the staff, it's a beautiful gym!

The Third Space has a steam room which is fantastic for those detoxing and improving their skin, inside the women's changing rooms. It has a sauna too and the gym's shower products include Redken and Molton Brown.
I love the The Third Space Gym, it's a great place! It definitely has great service. It's a shame that it costs so much to attend and this year's increase in membership has pushed me over the edge, but if I got the high paying job, I'd definitely join again!

The Third Space, Soho - Not a bad gym overall, but I certainly would not put it in the top 10 gyms in London. Quite a few famous people have gone there & expect you to move out of the way once they are using a certain piece of equipment. Trainers can be quite rude. Gay friendly. Quite a few members including myself have paid for training sessions which have not been fulfilled, which then results in having to use a different trainer.
