    Now you can book your ticket online on www.piac.com.pk and purchase ticket online through your credit card. This facility is available on both international and Domestic sectors.

    Pakistan International - Flew from KHI to ISB in Boeing 747-300Plane was clean - washrooms were acceptable - no air fresher in washrooms.Crew was efficient but not so smilingSome entertainment Flight was delayed due to weather - (2 hours late) - which i can;t blame on AirlineSatisfactory service at airport countersVery fast check inI had economy tickets.

    Having travelled on PIA airlines many times I have found that their level of service has improved considerably over the years. Having just come back from Pakistan I can clearly say there was nothing to fault the airline. Good food, clean plane and surprisingly the cabin crew staff were extremely helpful too. I highly recommend www.wokingtravelcentre.co.uk as PIA airlines appointed travel agents for tickets. Very professional and accept credit card payments.

    Flight on time both ways - purchased ticket via Pakistan International Airways appointed agent - www.acepointtravel.co.uk - who provided an outstanding service, would highly recommend them.

    Good food, good staff and take good care of passangers and create pleasant environment to sleep etc. In my experience flight always on time. I would recommend Pakistan International airlines.

    Overall PIA offers an excellent value for money service. As a travel agent i have customers complained about PIA's level of service and have switched carriers but most eventually come back to fly with PIA. I think that says it all.

    You cannot buy PIA air tickets online from the PIA website but however you can over the phone. Its still cheaper to get a ticket from one of their appointed travel agent. Highly recommend are www.wokingtravelcentre.co.uk, Wooking Travel Centre. Very thorough and professional. Can take payments by credit cards. You do have to fill a pro forma though.

    I have been travelling on many airlines, Malaysian, Thai, Egypt air, Cathay pacific and Turkish airlines and found PIA among the best air lines. Staff is very very good on board however ground staff (boarding people) need some training.
    Else it has some very good air craft you enjoy the journey with comfortable landings. Food is Ok!!! Needs to improve customer service on boarding and food! All well.

    I think if PIA airline crew will learn more manners and learn how to give good service maybe it does have a chance that Pakistani people will not fly anymore with Gulf or Emirates or Itehaad airlines and will join PIA! But its all up to PIA itself. I hope in the future the PIA will take some lessons from other airlines and will become something to be proud of it. ps: This only counts for international flights. I don't have complaints about domestic flights. I travel every time with PIA from Laho ...

    Overall Pakistan International airline it's a very decent airline. If they can fix up their Customer Service then they can be an awesome flight. I would recommend this flight for anyone looking for a nice, cheap airline with good quality

    I have been travelling with PIA for 15 years I think it is one of the best international airline in the world. Good customer service, clean plane, well trained cabin crew

    On time, good service. Ground staff need to train how to behave but I love my national airline. Food not suitable for children, web site not up to date.

    I think Pakistan International offer a good service. Its best point is that it's a direct flight. No other airline gives this facility. The flights are on time, quality of food is very good. I would definitely recommend using this airline!

    People say:- it smells bad, the staff is unfriendly and it's uncomfortable. I say if it's as horrible as you say, why were you on it in the first place? The flight was fine, the food is actually pretty good and the staff are nice if you don't act like an annoying passenger. The only thing that I can say after flying PIA several times is that they should be more consistent (time and security wise) and I don't know, turn up the heat or something.

    Two days prior to departure, I went to the head office in Islamabad and had my ticket confirmed. At the time, a lot of flights were being cancelled because of the EU blacklisting. The next two days, every morning I called them and was told my flight is on schedule. However, the night before my departure I called them as their flight was not listed on flight enquiry and was told that my flight was suspended. I went to the office that night, I was told I cannot be put on another airline flight and ...

    I don't like PIA food it is rubbish, customer service is rubbish, I can't even say one good thing about PIA. Whenever I enter the airplane I always get a bad smell don't know what is. Also, I don't like the seat, they are not comfortable you can't even relax your legs probably. If I were you people, I would fly with the Emirates the best service ever.

    I was on the Pakistan International flight from Toronto to Manchester to Islamabad. The flight was great nothing to complain about, also the landing and take off was next to perfect and the landings even better, the other thing is that the food was great acually and not bad like every one says it is. The comfort was great and the entertainment was even better with blockbuster movies and new music. Overall this flight was perfect and love to fly with them any day!
