    Good Points: Excellent customer service - professional and attentive at all times.


    Bad Points: None that come to mind.


    General comments: I consider myself very lucky to have found NCS, when I was originally searching for a company to build my retail website. They fully understood my ideas and views on how I wanted the site to look and function, and delivered a high quality site which exceeded my expectations and was good value for money. During the pre-launch stage, everything was clearly explained in layman's terms, and I received a prompt response to any queries. They undertook careful keyword research, which has been effective at delivering relevant customers to the site - I am delighted to have achieved high Google rankings within a relatively short space of time. Their ongoing help and support has also been invaluable to me. Based on my own experience, I would not hesitate to recommend NCS.
