    Good Points: These are nice copies of the 1911s they are really tricked out for street carry not, IPCS guns. They make my Kimber Classic and Semi-mod Colt 70 series look plain.


    Bad Points: Both need refill O-rings replaced in magazines. After about 6 months, they work but they leak.


    General comments: KWC has done a good job copying the 1911s, these guns look like the real deal and function just like the RS gun, with exception of 15 shots instead of 7-10. They also are not as heavy because they are not totally made of metal. There are some metal parts but not as many as advertised.

    What I like about the guns is that gun scenario can be played out at home, draw and fire on multiple attackers or draw and fire on armed attacker can be worked out at home. Also home clearing with a flashlight with the target hid somewhere in the house. These guns are fast and accurate out to 15-20yrds cutting paper, with a maximum range of about 30yrds. They will penetrate a coke can at 5yards, which indicates 290-315fps.

    My only problem is that they are leaking gas, and will hold shoot 2-3 magazines, before re-charging. They also won't hold a charge while stored which is the desired method of storing these type simulate guns. The O-ring at the charging ports needs to be replaced. They are still fun guns to own and shoot. 45acp ammo has always been expensive $9-$22@ box.

    Now these are not as detailed or well made as Western Arms or Tanaka, but they are nice looking guns.
