I got a Marksman special edition M2005 Laserhawk air pistol for $30 at Big 5, and I am a little impressed. It can't hit anything, but it is fun to shoot. It says it is a repeater, but in order to shoot fast you have to pull the slide all the way back and not push it in, but pull the trigger and so on. Also this makes it more accurate, but it doesn't have as much range. I've shot a can, and it went through one side but not the other side. Overall it is a great gun, and is really fun to shoot.

Marksman spec. edit. M2005 laserhawk -I made the mistake of buying one of these pistols and returned it right away. The sights are horrible and the bb, pellet or bolt sets into a flip up portion at the front of the gun so the barrel is only about 2.5 inches long, oversized and smoothbore.
Couldn't get darts to exceed 15 feet and bb's went all over the place. Never the same shot twice.
Better to get a soft air gun or a slingshot. I worry about a gun that has a ctc measured in feet. How can any ...

For $16 at a Wal-mart, you won't find this much fun for this price elsewhere. The Marksman spec. edit. M2005 laserhawk is an entry level pistol. Graduate from here to the $60 -$80 range and get a Daisy 717 or Crosman 1377 and then to the $200 - $270 range with a Webley Tempest or Baikal IZH-46M and you'll see and feel the difference that money makes in quality. The Marksman is a good value for the money spent. It is a BB repeater. 18 BB's in the resevoir. It uses a slide cock to compress the spr ...

This Marksman spec. edit. M2005 laserhawk air pistol is fairly cheap, so no one would expect it to be of extreme quality, but is fun nevertheless. It holds 25 rds of .177 cal BBs and holds up to everyday use. Only accurate every 3 or 4 shots, but is powerful. Good for beginners or as a plinker.
