We have broken the tape and the blade on the Wilkinson Sword Telescopic Universal Cutter. Still under warranty but Fiskars said we had to send it back to them, to evaluate the problems, so we just paid for replacement parts. It would be a great tool if it was not for the lack of strength and poor customer service.

When the tape broke on my Wilkinson Sword Cutter the consumer affairs dept at Fiskars was very unhelpful, some of the staff should sent on a customer training course I think. I wish I could speak directly to Wilkinson sword, and not Fiskars!
