1565 Victory Lager is one hell of a beer. Very good in taste surely will do success abroad. Seems the Maltese are now getting into good beer after the downpart of other beer companies in Malta. Well done LWB MALTA.

1565 is an excellent beer! It comes in 250ml and 500ml bottles, as well as 500ml cans, and on draught. It has all the qualities I look for in a beer. It is smooth, with a nice bitter taste, extremely refreshing, and well balanced. no wonder 1565 won the silver medal in the australian international beer awards for 2 years in succession!!!

I have tried 1565 a couple of times from different pubs around malta, and I've never come across one beer that tastes anything like vinegar!!! On the contrary, I think that 1565 is well balanced, and has a nice refreshing, smooth, and slightly bitter taste. Probably one of the best beers, if not the best, on the island, much better than cisk!!! well done to the brewers.

I've tried 1565 several times, and I have never had any complaints regarding its taste. On the contrary, I really think that it's one of the best (if not the best), lagers on the island, much better than cisk. I am sure that there was something wrong with the pint the other guy had, because 1565 is excellent!

1565 Victory Lager is sold in Malta and they are welcome to it. I like to sample the local specialities on holiday but this experience has left a nasty taste in the mouth. All I can say is that the chief taster for 1565 really likes his vinegar. Admittidley I only tried it for one pub, but their other Lager was OK. I couldn't even finish a pint of this stuff it was so dirty, if you're in Malta you're much better off with a Cisk.
