    Good Points: Nothing at all


    Bad Points: All bad but I would like to mention that the customer service team is just a cover for the shops. I called the customer service a few times and i talked to two different people and both of them gave me the SAME call reference number!!! This means that my call was value less and not recorded or considered.


    General comments: WARNING: phones for you is a big lie, never never buy anything from them

    For £120 a year Phones 4U Mobile Phone Insurance covers your phone, if you make a claim, they charge another £50, that's £170 in total. You can buy a new one from eBay cheaper than that. My car cost over £10,000 and fully comp is £260 no excess. Insurance is cheaper by half else where. Cancel your agreement today and go elsewhere.

    When my 3 week old phone broke down, Phones 4U Mobile Phone Insurance sent it to a repair company. I was informed they would contact me by email within 7 days and have the phone returned within the maximum period of 2 weeks. After waiting for 2 weeks with no email, I contacted the repair company myself for information and received very little help. I was simply told there had been a delay in looking at my phone.     I purchsed a new phone from Carphonewharehouse and took the insurance policy. I was shocked when I found that I was paying more for my insurance and getting less cover. I applied my option and cancelled within days, and took out insurance with this company. Not only is my insurance lower I pay £5.88 per month, but I get more cover.
