    The Blue Bay Seaside Resort Complex staff worked extremely hard and although the 'entertainment' was aimed at the lowest common demoninator, the younger kids were captivated and the adults mostly seemed keen to join in. There was a good mix of German, French and English guests - no drunken stupidity in spite of the all inclusive nature of the drinks available.

    However, the female receptionist was brusque, rude and dismissive. There were also several incidents of racially motivated remarks made to different English kids while we were there, which marred things.

    we have just got back from a great two weeks at Blue Bay Seaside Resort Complex in Ialyssos.
    They was nine of us with the kids, we found the food was very good something for every one. We had fun with the night shows and ended up on stage 2 times i am now known as the batman lol.
    Hotel was clean and staff was helpfull.
    kids club and entertament very good food was also good and staff was nice.
    Worth the money we would go again.

    there was 8 of us who had been booked to stop at the the Sunland hotel but were upgraded to the Blue Bay. we were extremely happy by this. the rooms were very clean, and were well maintained every day. the staff were friendly and helpful. the meals were very nice and even our kids were catered for,(we have fussy kids). one of our party was worried about the food as he has no teeth or saliva but even he found food that he could eat. the pools were kept clean and well maintained. there was alot of ...

    All in all the hotel is very nice, clean and spacious with good facilities, there are lots of swimming pools, a gym, shop. The entertainment is very good for the kids but not so much for adults. The food is a bit bland but edible. The staff could do with being a little friendlier, the animation staff are brilliant and very friendly.

    O.k. if you have a family. All entertainment was aimed at the kids. The Hotel was fine for the money. Season was really just starting in the second week of May. Lots of great guests there, they made excellant company. Buses to Rhodes takes about 25 mins at 1.80 euros a single. Taxis came in at 9 euros. Local Pegasus bar was good with live music. Nearby Sigma tours to Lindos or Island tour were A1. Kremasti was about 1km away. Good for Local bars.

    Made no attempt to resolve guest complaints. Did not receive what we paid for, no water parks open despite being told they would be! Nothing else open either in the area, despite being reassured things where open.
    I would not go again before May as it is very disappointing, school students will keep you awake all night and they are very rude and disruptive, adults have no control over them.

    Excellent all round holiday. Something for everyone. Close to Rhodes' New and Old town.

    Staff were excellent, so friendly. Non-stop activities, so no need to leave the resort! Evening entertainment too, and Greek night was definitely worth the money, with fire eating, walking on glass and more! The Blue Bay Seaside Resort Complex in Ialyssos, Rhodes is right on the beach, and it is in a beautiful location.

    The air conditioning was not very good. The accommodation is basic, but clean, and the accommodation is a bit away from the main resorts, but I would recommend it to families ...
