    The Hawke Sport HD telescopic sight is easy to use good value for money. It fits on to just about any rifle and the only bad point i can find is that it could maybe do with a stronger magnification

    Hawke Sport HD is a great telescopic sight. Its great value for money and hold its position well, this scope is a great addition to my gun.

    I have owned and used various scopes and guns, my military background allowed me to use AR15, GPMG, SLR, SMG, shotguns, pistols, AK47.. the list goes on.
    I have always spent a lot of money on meopta scopes.. good quality but not cheap to buy.
    A 7x50 meopta scope I bought misted and was returned to the factory, whilst waiting I bought a "cheap" 4x40 hawke scope to use on a rimfire LR.
    I have to say for the price its spot on, its well made, nitrogen filled and water proof and to top it , its cover ...

    I bought my Weihrauch HW99s fitted with Hawke sport HD 4 x 40, but the mounts keep slipping which is really annoying. I suspect they are cheap aluminum and I will go back to the gun shop to see if I can have better mounts to fit this excellent sight.

    The Hawke Sport HD 4 x 40 scope is a very good scope. It has a very sharp picture and it holds its setting well. It is very good for money. I have this scope on my Weirauch hw 98 and they work perfect together. I recommend this scope.
